THE SPACE:

Inside, discover three bedrooms awaiting your restful nights. The master bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with Whirlpool style jacuzzi, and direct access to the pool. Kids will adore their own specially designed space featuring two twin beds, while another bedroom offers a comfy queen-sized bed. With room to sleep a family of eight.

POOL: Our pool is heated automatically and free of charge by solar panels, ensuring comfortable swimming temperatures throughout your stay. If it is cool outside the pool may still be cool.

PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles), garage (2 vehicles), boat and RV parking is allowed on-site

OUTDOOR SPACE: Take advantage of the private backyard and covered pool area. Lounge on the patio furniture, fire up the barbecue grill for an outdoor cookout, or simply soak up the Florida sunshine by the pool.

GUEST ACCESS:
Access to the house is granted through the front door, utilizing a personalized smart lock. The generated access code will be provided one hour before your scheduled check-in time. Rest assured that the provided access code will remain active until your check-out time, ensuring easy entry and a secure stay.

To ensure a comfortable stay, our home comes equipped with a starter pack of supplies, including: Laundry detergent, toilet paper, spa bath soap, shampoo and conditioner per bathroom, and a roll of paper towel in the kitchen, trash bags. The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/floor vacuum/dustpan and mop. There are also household cleaners under the kitchen sink for your convenience. You are welcome to use any condiments and additional items found in the kitchen cabinets/pantry.

Please note that our home is a self-catering accommodation, which means you will have the freedom and flexibility to prepare your own meals during your stay. We provide the necessary amenities and facilities for a comfortable self-catering experience.
