Hermosa y serena casa de 3 niveles con dos dormitorios, dos baños y 3 cubiertas con vistas al lago. Magníficas puestas de sol desde su playa privada o cubiertas privadas de varios niveles. Siéntate en lo alto entre los árboles de la sala de estar principal, tu dormitorio o el nivel inferior en la terraza exterior. Mire el sol brillar en el lago durante el día o disfrute de la hermosa puesta de sol en la noche. Traiga a su mascota y tome su café de la mañana en la terraza delantera mientras su mascota explora el jardín vallado en el frente. Saque la canoa y haga ejercicio por la mañana y tal vez tome la cena de la noche. Nada en el muelle privado durante el día o descansa en la playa y brinda malvaviscos en la hoguera en la playa por la noche. Esta es una hermosa casa moderna en el lago cristalino del bosque; perfecto para una escapada romántica. La casa ofrece una cocina completa, un patio delantero cercado con una cerca blanca. Hay una terraza en cada piso con una exposición al suroeste para disfrutar de las puestas de sol. El último piso es la suite principal, y tiene una bañera con patas y ducha separada. El nivel principal tiene un dormitorio y tres puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen a una terraza con una parrilla de barbacoa de gas. El piso inferior tiene una estufa de leña, una sala de literas que es perfecta para los niños y una terraza que conduce hasta el agua. Peaceful stay in NH

This house was a wonderful getaway for my family. The boys loved the swimming and fishing. The upper deck was a wonderful place to sit and relax. The house was very clean and ready to use. The street was very quiet and there were no jet skis or other loud boats out on the water. We brought our own kayaks and went around the lake numerous times. Overall, this house was perfect for our family (and pup as well). My boys want to us rent this house again next year!

Great long stay

We stayed at this lovely property for an entire July. Not their fault that it was one of the wettest Julys on record! On the rare sunny days, we enjoyed the lake and did some hiking at Pisgah state park. Otherwise, we enjoyed the house and there was enough room for both of us to be there without feeling crowded. It's rural and very natural areal, I very much felt like I was getting a break from the city. Our cats loved the balcony! They stretched out there almost every day.

Very enjoyable!

Had a great time. Perfect for families. Poor communication initially about WiFi. No cell service. Did get it straightened out. Wish there were kayaks. Had a canoe which was fine, but it was big and heavy. Rafts not usable due to leaks. Stairs to lake were 3 flights. Great exercise, but watch out for small children. House needed some attention. Lights in kitchen not working, grill needed cleaning. Upstairs bedroom suite was absolute Ky lovely. First floor room quite small with full bed. Lower level were built in shelves for small children only. No doors to upper level suite. Hard to sleep with TV on in living area. Lake was small peaceful and quiet. Price was very high. Don’t know if they raised it because of demand this summer. In summary house was very nice and we had a fun six days with the kids and grandkids.

Lovely Home

We stayed five days at the end of September and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and had all the kitchen implements that anyone would need. We walked, hiked, and canoed every day. There was an extensive DVD collection of movies and music. The beds were comfortable, ceiling fans on the main level and upstairs kept the place cool, the slider doors with screens also helped with the air flow. And we got to bring our dog who loved the lake. Thanks to Joe and Dana for a wonderful time.

Great lake house for families

Tucked away above the lake, this house is clean, well-stocked, and a great place to get away for a few days. Neighbors were friendly, lake was great to swim and canoe in!

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home on Forest Lake. Home was very well kept, owners were immediately responsive for a question about WiFi. Beautiful, peaceful, took some nice walks. Very friendly neighbors- the kids from a few houses away were thrilled to bring us our retrievers water toy that had floated away 😀.

Beautiful, peaceful lake

We had a great stay. The house is as the pictures advertise, and frankly, we found the lake even better than the pictures. Clear water, very quiet -- we often felt like we had it to ourselves.

Relaxing Stay at Beautiful Forest Lake

Everything was wonderful for our stay at the lake house. The property is well maintained, and the house is very clean. The house is well laid out for families or a group of friends as there are sleeping quarters on all three levels of the house. Access to the lake is very easy, just a few flights of stairs down, and there is a dock and floating swimming platform for sole use of the people staying there. The property is rural enough to be quiet and get away from it all, but has a small market and a couple of places to eat in town, and most anything you need 20 minutes away in nearby Keene. I would highly recommend staying here, Dana was very helpful with any questions we had, and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Great house ! Awesome host!! Fantastic holiday!

I had been dreaming of a holiday by a lake for some time and the week spent in this house was my dream come true. The house is really well stocked and clean, with the most amazing views over the lake from 3 different floors... we had a week of perfect weather and spent almost all our time on the lake, which is small but incredibly peaceful. What a way to embrace social distancing !!! It was ideal. It was a week of firsts for our little 7year old - caught his first fish, paddled a canoe, and swam in a lake with no life jacket - he was sad to leave. Most of all and beyond all else was the communication with Joe, who is incredibly reliable, helpful and patient. We had a number of mishaps/ snafus but all of them remedied almost immediately. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return.

Dream Quarantine Escape

This house was perfect for a week away. Our shoulders melted down from our ears from the moment we arrived, and I think we glowed all week. Clean and well stocked with good owner communications, it had everything we were looking for. The lake is big enough for swimming and fishing, not weedy even though it isn’t especially deep, but not so big that it draws a lot of speedboats. Most other residents had pontoon boats that they used as a base for swimming. We enjoyed the dock, the floating platform, the inflatables and the canoe. The decks, especially the main floor deck, are beautifully shaded and breezy. We spent the majority of the week sitting there overlooking the lake. The top floor is a nice adult hideaway with it’s own mini living room, perfect for escaping gaming teens. Couches and beds are comfy, good air conditioning, nice kitchen. I think it’s best for four adults or adult sized people plus a few small kids, any more and you will be climbing over each other. We would definitely book again.

Wonderful!

It was a treat to walk in with everything very very clean! We really enjoyed this spacious property. The 3 levels lend lots of indoor and outdoor spaces, with views and decks to enjoy. Cook inside or out, with tables to do either, as well. Forest Lake is crystal clear! Your own dock, and lake spot at the shoreline. The floating dock, for young ones to jump and swim from, canoe tubes, & chairs makes it fun for all. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you for making this vacation rental easy and enjoyable!

Clean and quiet private lake vacation

We had a wonderful week at this lake house. The host, Dana, was excellent at communication and follow through. The house was very clean and extra cleaning supplies were delivered prior to our check in. The kitchen has what you need to cook any meal, including a four burner bbq on the back porch. We enjoyed the many outdoor spaces: front porch, back decks, fire pit, and private beach/dock. Fishing equipment, a canoe, and rafts were in the boat house for our use. We didn’t get around to using the bikes, but nice to know they were there. The house is located on a quiet end of Forest Lake and a great spot to swim. Gorgeous sunsets! We would rent again.

Great summer location!

This was a great venue for our party of six (3 children and 3 adult family members). Beautiful location and everything we needed (except forks, we needed more forks, ha!)

Beautiful, Peaceful & Relaxing

We stayed at this house while visiting my in laws in Fitzwilliam NH. The place is beautiful and has such a great view on a nice quiet (at the time we were there) lake. The water was crystal clear. The house inside is very comfortable and we only wished we spent more time there. Dog friendly which was great for us!

The house is nice but not suitable for bunch of friends. It’s actually just one room (which has a Door). They are listed 2, but the second one( on the second floor) has no door so the basement level as well. You are not able to sleep if someone watching TV. No privacy at all. The basement has a couch ( but also no door to count as room) and small room with bunk beds, those beds are for kids only. Trust me, adults can’t sleep there. Also no window, so you feel like you are in a box. Major problem with the dishwasher which wasn’t fixed for the entire stay of 5 days, 4 nights. All 6 of us had to eat in plastic plates breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entire time. Who wants to wash dishes for so many people while on vacation and while spending over $2000 for that house?! Another thing is wasps, spiders and spiders webs everywhere. Yes, everywhere. I know is a house surrounded by lots of trees but hate seeing spiders on every window and door. For the price we pay I thing they should post actual pictures. We didn’t enjoy our vacation there as we thought we would.

Beautiful lake front property!

Open and airy, newer lakefront home with gorgeous views! My husband and his mother plus our two grown sons comfortably stayed here. We enjoyed canoeing, fishing and swimming. Home is comfortable and practical. Owners were especially responsive and reliable. We really enjoyed the whole experience; we hiked in Pisgah State Park, tasted at Sweetwater distillery, enjoyed ice cream at Northfield Creamie and poked around Keene. Highly recommend!

Very relaxing weekend!

Great family rental on a peaceful lake. Kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and canoeing! The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The house had a great layout for our group and fit us perfectly. Great weekend getaway for us!! Would highly recommend!

Great Place!

Fantastic stay - magical location! House was very clean, modern and well equipped. Sunset views over the lake were wonderful. Owners were friendly and helpful; absolutely outstanding experience. Top floor master suite was great for us and the kids loved the bunk-room on the walk-out level. We used the canoe all over the lake, swam every day and caught lots of fish. The central AC was greatly appreciated for the three days we had in the high-90's. The rest of the week was in the 80's and the screen doors and windows provided a lovely breeze. Would recommend this house to couples and families alike. Fenced yard was great for kids and dogs. Visited the Kringle Candle factory (recommended) and dined in Keene several times. Thanks for the memories!

Very nice stay on the lake.

An excellent place to stay on beautiful Forest Lake in Winchester, NH. We were very happy with our stay here. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the ability to bring our dogs was a must. The house is in a quiet part of the lake, but still very easy to access. The town-maintained and paved road goes right to the house, and there is a large parking area for you and your guests right across from the fenced (pet friendly) yard. There is easy central heat from the furnace, or a wood stove if you want to enjoy a crackling fire. The 3 story deck has great views of the lake and wooden steps lead down to a boathouse and dock. If it wasn't winter during our stay, we would have enjoyed swimming in the the lake for sure. Thank you for a great winter vacation!
