Relax with the whole family at our Pearly lake cottage! Home is very clean, warm and cozy!

Bedroom on the first floor offers a queen bed and a crib. It has a master bath with a shower. Second bedroom upstairs, offers two queen beds and has an AC in the room. The bonus room has two smaller bunk beds which are fantastic for anyone who is under 5 feet. Living room has a pull out couch. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Enjoy a cool night in the hot tub overlooking the water!

The place offers a grill, fireplace, two kayaks, canoe and a boat for your enjoyment!

Right on the border of Massachusetts, so you don't have to travel far whether you live in NH or MA.

The North Central Pathway Bike Route with its picturesque paved trail is only 15 minutes away where you can bike, jog, roller blade, etc.

2 Ski Mountains(Wachusett Mountain and Crotched Mountain) are 30-35 minutes away.

Mt. Monadnock is 15 min away. Great place for hiking. It provides a range of trails from beginner-level to advanced, and absolutely stunning scenery.

Walmart and Market Basket are 5 minutes drive from home.
Dunkin Donuts is 5 minutes away.
Emma's 321 Pub & Kitchen are 7 minutes away. Hometown Diner is 5 minutes away.
Town of Peterborough with a variety of restaurants is only 20 min away.

This place was great. We stayed a week in winter and it was super pretty and was a great house. We loved the fireplace and hot tub and even did some ice fishing. House was super clean and we really appreciated that. Would definitely come back!

Loved the water front, using the kayaks was great. The back deck was amazing for get togethers. The house was clean and comfortable. Definitely planning to return.

Beautiful Waterfront Cottage

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the cottage. It is very kid friendly and close to grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I have already booked our stay for next July. The house was clean and neat when we arrived and the owners were always accessible when we had questions. I highly recommend staying here on vacation.

Graduation Weekend

We stayed at this nice waterfront property for our daughter's graduation from Franklin Pierce University. The property is direct waterfront with beautiful views and had plenty of amenities. Check-in was a breeze and the owners were very responsive!

This property is peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful spot on the lake. Nice to have use of canoe and kayaks to go around the lake on. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Had questions about the hot tub during our stay and Dmitry was very quick in responding. Great location - so close to everything but tucked away. Would stay here again.

Gem of a place

We enjoyed staying at this Waterfront Cottage. Dmitry was very prompt at answering any question and responding to a small issue which was taken care of promptly. We ate almost every meal on the back deck overlooking beautiful Pearly Pond. Fished right off the dock and got bites every day including a few keepers. Kitchen nicely equipped. Loved the wide stable dock. Swam in the lake everyday Mother Nature would allow us to and ended every day with a soak in the hot tub which was a super plus amenity. Will definitely look to book again.

Family Christmas getaway

Loved spending time with my family here for an after Christmas trip. I was a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the kitchen and communicated this to the owner right away. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he would check on his cleaning service. It didn’t ruin our trip at all! We especially loved ice skating on the frozen lake. Great memories made playing games and ice skating! Lake was beautiful and hot tub was a nice addition too.
