The space
This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is on the main floor of a small four unit building. There is central air, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, a full tub and shower, private off street parking and laundry on site.
Guest access
You have access to the condo, the hallway, the laundry room, and the private patio area out back.
Other things to note
SMOKING - There is NO smoking in the unit.

You may smoke outside away from the door and you must dispose of your butts.

Candles / Incense & Wax Warmers

No candles or incense. There is a way warmer you can you use; as you turn it off when you leave.

Paint and Hair Dye :


You may NOT use hair dye, nail polish or paint in the unit. Under any circumstances.


Animals : You are 100% responsible for any animals . I will file air cover claims for damages, this is non negotiable.
