Remote Work / City escape week

Spent a work week away from city and enjoyed our stay. Had more rainy days than we wanted but we did enjoy the property. Great layout. The outdoor covered fireplace is a great spot for evening!

Cozy Cabin Stay

A beautiful cabin and an amazing experience with friends/family, has several amenities included. Feels like you’re at home and has a cozy touch. Would love to come back for another stay in the future. Definitely worth the stay!

Had a great weekend at the house for a family get-together. Loved the firepit and covered gazebo with a stone fireplace. Such a wonderful place to have dinner on a cool evening. Booking was easy, communication with the owner was flawless, and the house was perfect for our group. Enough room to find some peace and quiet, yet small enough to make sure the whole family can spend time together.Thank you letting us use your property. It's definitely being added to my favorites.

Wonderful Yulan property

Superior outdoor amenities. Plenty of grass for outdoor yoga. Fire pit and cozy outdoor dining area. 2 outdoor porches with so much attention to detail for comfort and view. The home itself hidden behind towering evergreens. Plenty of space for an extended family and all of the comforts of home. Would definitely stay again!

BOOK IT YOU WONT REGRET IT

Decided to book this cabin for alittle get away out of our busy schedules.With noregrets the property did the job to take us away from the work mode and the troubles thar comes with everyday life.The property accomodated me and my family to the extent that we wanted to stay for another day. It is nestled in the woods and provides a beauitful landscape from seeing wildlife to the waterfalls. We would 100% book this property again.

I was extremely disappointed in the house and opted not to stay for the weekend. I reached out to the host twice, once to confirm my large dog would be welcome and another time to let him know I felt the house was misrepresented and wouldn’t be staying. Neither time did he respond. I read all the reviews and I feel like there was a lot of things people left out. First of all there is no real fireplace. There is a plug in one in the main space which only has a table and some chairs and a pellet stove in the basement with a pool table and a small couch that made it impossible for my husband and I to even sit and relax. I booked it for the ability to relax by a fire in a cozy cabin and there was not enough space for even the two of us to be comfortable. The outside looked beautiful and maybe at a different time of year we could have enjoyed it but we had a long week and came to the cabin to rest and relax. It is not conducive for that. In addition I want to add that there are two deer heads outside the front door that are absolutely terrifying. Getting in was simple and the place seemed clean but there is no where to kick back and relax anywhere other than a small couch in the basement. Also the area isn’t as remote and private as it claims. It’s in a neighborhood and not a very nice one.

A beautiful space, well maintained and perfect for a couple or a family. Close to nature and there are many gorgeous vistas to enjoy. The surrounding businesses had excellent customer service and the home was comfortable and spacious. Can’t wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful weekend away!

Beautiful setting and property. Very quiet. Owner was very responsive and helpful. One suggestion is that I wish they would have had a notebook with instructions of how to run the house, the a/c units and the dehumidifier but we got it figured out. Not a lot of indoor space to hang out indoors as a family, but if you have good weather, the property makes up for that. Photos on listing are 100% accurate. Great property and would recommend for the beauty of the area.

A gem

Our family stayed here for a long weekend in late fall. The area is super quiet and there are a few places to check out nearby, like the country store restaurant down the road. We thought the property was excellent - very clean, great spaces, a wonderful outdoor area that we spent a lot of time in, and lots of little touches like USB openings in some outlets. We would absolutely stay here again.

Yulan log cabin in the woods

This was our first time staying at this log cabin located in Yulan New York hosted by Gil, this place is the best place if you are looking for some relaxation with some peace and quiet, it has a decent well stocked kitchen nice clean comfortable bedrooms, a nice downstairs basement with a pool table and the outside has a decent cozy setup with two decks with chairs a hot tub and a cozy firepit area. I highly recommend this place to get away and looking to come back again.

I thought by the pictures it was on more land and a little more private. The hot tub looks over at the neighbors house. Had a few issues but all in all was a good place to stay

The participants all loved it. The house was beautiful, and it felt well-arranged throughout. The tranquility, in harmony with nature, was also very much appreciated. We couldn't have asked for more with the space. Multiple sitting areas through the very warm house. The hot tub and fireplace bring the outdoor ware to the next level. The host was able to get back to any questions almost immediately. Definitely plan to stay here again
