Cozy, Pet friendly Coastal Cottage with a private Hot Tub in Cape May county

Welcome to Anaëlle home, located in Villas, NJ of Cape May County. The Villas is one of New Jersey's best kept secrets. If you are looking for a cozy, adorable, furnished home, this one is for you!
We are centrally located between Cape May, Wildwood, and Stone Harbor with only a 15-minute drive to each town.
We provide most necessities with a hot tub that is working year-round. A 10-minute walking distance from the beaches of the Delaware Bay and watch the gorgeous sunset every night!

THE SPACE
Our newly renovated 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath home has a huge private backyard perfect for morning coffee, happy hour, and evening cookouts on the grill.
The first bedroom can accommodate 2 guests (queen-sized bed). It has a dresser and a closet.
The second bedroom can accommodate 3 guests. The bunk bed has a twin-sized mattress on top and full-sized mattress on the bottom. It has a closet and a hotel-style luggage rack with shelf.
There are enough linens for each bed and extra pillows and blankets are provided.

The living room has a leather sofa which can be folded down into a twin-sized bed if needed. The 40-inch Smart TV comes with guest Roku. The house is cooled by Central Air Conditioning or heated by Central Heater.

The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances needed for cooking as well as utensils, pots, pans, and baking sheets. The breakfast bar seats 2 guests. Refrigerator/ice maker, gas stove, dishwasher, blender, mixer, and Keurig coffee maker (we provide dark, medium and light roasts, sugar and coffee cream) and Early Grey teas provided.

Washer dryer is in the laundry closet. Iron and ironing board are in the bedroom closet.

Outdoor Spaces
The private backyard has a patio area for barbecues and relaxing.
The hot tub is fully drained and cleaned after each guest stay. As our guests frequently use the hot tub, it occasionally experiences mechanical issues. When the hot tub is out of service and cannot be used, we will provide a $20 credit for each day of your stay at the time of observation.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the whole house including the private backyard.
We provide 2 beach tags free of charge for our guests to access Cape May’s beaches. (Children under 12 are not required for beach tags).
Bay Beach and Wildwood beaches are free to access.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for you to bring to the beaches.

POLICY
The fee due at checkout includes two dogs. There is a $50 fee for each additional dog.
Definitely no smoking or drug use in the property. We are smoke free, drug free home.
