Welcome to Bay Breeze Cottage! A treat for parents and mature couples with this upscale, spacious vacation home. The luxurious master suite includes a king bed, ensuite bath with floor to ceiling tile plus bonus living space accessible from the bedroom through French doors.
After viewing the Bay from the front deck of this newly renovated raised rancher, enter the front door that opens into a large living space with dining and open kitchen plan. The vaulted ceilings with double Bahama style ceiling fans bring the delightful bay breezes inside.
The kitchen is brand new and complete with all the conveniences you need. Gas range, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, soft touch, full washer-dryer, granite countertops with a breakfast bar and seating. In addition, all of the small appliances you need: four-slice toaster, drip coffee maker with electric coffee bean grinder and blender.
Your older children can share the second bedroom while enjoying the hall bathroom just outside their door.
Younger children can rest easy in your master living space in the daybed or sleeper sofa just steps away from Mom and Dad. This area is the third bedroom
The décor includes all new beds, sofas, and lamps. Attention to detail with hard wired nightlights in every room, art, gardening and cook books.
Completing the indoor space is the collection of original, one-of-a-kind watercolor artwork. Scenic Cape May fine art prints and posters are also available for sale or to just enjoy during your stay.
The outdoor space is equipped with awning covered dining, lounge chairs, barbecue grill and outdoor shower.
A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome to play and run free in this private, fully fenced yard.
Enjoy morning and sunset walks with your four-legged best friend(s), while surrounded by nature and the occasional dolphin off on the horizon.
This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. We welcome all families and mature couples. A maximum of six people; four adults maximum for optimal privacy, with two younger children in the attached sunroom/master living space.
No large breed or powerful dogs or dogs that drool or shed excessively.

This was our second stay at this cottage, and as before, we found the host and the home to be great. Being able to vacation with our four-legged family member is a real treat. The house is a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for our dog. The cottage is immaculately maintained and very clean. We will definitely consider having a third stay in the future. This is a highly recommended cottage, especially if you want to vacation with your pet.

Just Lovely

We had a great time at Lisa’s house. It has every amenity and it is beautifully, yet comfortably decorated. The beach is just a couple of houses down the street. Lisa was a dream to work with and we look forward to our next stay at this wonderful house!

Last minute trip for July 4th

My niece and other family stayed here during July 4th week with our 2 dogs. The pictures of the cottage do not do it justice. Everything is upgraded and thought is put into the guests (including dog treats!). It is very spacious and having two full bathrooms is a bonus (and outdoor shower). The artwork is beautiful and is found throughout the home. The block from the bay location could not have been more convenient. We have been renting in Villas for the past 8 years and this is by far the most comfortable and convenient

Paradise

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful home on the Villas. We enjoyed a less than 1 minute walk to the beach and to glorious sunsets. Our grandchildren enjoyed the quieter beaches of the bay as did our dog. But less than 20 minutes in the car we were in Cape May, parked and walking onto the clean beaches of the Atlantic. Lisa is the consummate host, quickly responding to our needs, with info about the area, this to do, where you eat. Her home is beautiful landscape, very clean and modern. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of supplies. As well as her amazing paintings! We look forward to coming back.

Lovely vacation

The house was very clean and perfectly decorated. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook meals. And the house was so close to the bay we could go check out the sunset every night!

Terrific second stay!

This was our 2nd week at Bay Breeze Cottage. Again, we had a terrific time! We went to the beach and boardwalk, walked along the bay, and enjoyed the house. We loved picking fresh figs off the backyard tree and it was the 1st time my nephew tried one. Thank you, Lisa, for being a great ho5st. and foyour hhome.

Beautiful Property

Beautifully landscaped gardens. Spacious rooms nicely decorated. The King mattress was divine! A lovely seaside respite from the hustle and bustle.

Villas cottage by the bay

The pictures actually did no justice for this cute cottage. This cottage was clean and well maintained and offered everything we needed for our time in Cape May. Dog friendly and right by the bay for quiet morning walks. The only downside was the water was not swimmable there so we would have had to drive a little ways to the ocean but we were conveniently located so it was not much of an issue. About 15/20 minutes from Wildwood or down town Cape May so we were able to enjoy the boardwalk and all the shops and restaurants as well.

The house was beautiful and immaculate. Lisa is such a great hostess, extremely helpful but not overbearing. It was a joy to stay there, we all enjoyed our vacation and plan on returning. Just a short walk to the beach too.

Great Summer Rental

Great place, very clean. Easy to get to downtown Cape May, beaches, Wildwood, etc. The beach down the street no good for swinging but nice for walks and sunsets.

Feels like home!

The house has everything you need. It feels like home! Located so close to the bay that you can enjoy morning and evening walks. Short drive to Wildwood free beaches. Within walking distance, for some, of Bayshore Rd. and local restaurants. (we are hikers). House is larger inside than how it looks from outside. Nice outdoor area for barbeques. Definitely a 5 star experience for our family!

40th Anniversary near Cape May

Our long weekend getaway was very relaxing . We saw the most beautiful sunset right from the front porch of the property. Lisa went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Property is 7 miles from Cape May, beaches, shopping and great restaurants. You can also see the bay right from the cottage, which is beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our time here, and were able to bring our Shih Tzu with us too !! Very Nice !!

Another Great Experience

I highly recommend Lisa & her property for any family looking to vacation in Cape May. The house is charming and extremely comfortable. The proximity to the beach is superb. It takes less than two minutes to get from the house to the beach. Walking our dog on the beach every morning is priceless.

Great quiet location with a fenced in yard to enjoy time with my dog.

Wanted an upscale pretty comfortable cottage that took dogs to enjoy walks along the bay and enjoy some local attractions at the shore. Great pick to enjoy time in a different environment with my dog and friend. All had a wonderful vacation. Best vacations for me are the ones that I can take my dog.

Beautiful beach house

We can’t thank you enough for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home surrounded by your very own artwork. Truly breathtaking. The house was well equipped with everything we didn’t bring which saved us money! It’s a block and a half away from the bay which was so relaxing. Definitely would come back.

Fantastic House!

Nicely renovated, extremely clean, owner very friendly and attentive- fixed a running toilet immediately when we brought it to her attention. Very close to the bay and central to most Cape May attractions. We had a great time!

Cottage Getaway

This cottage is so cute with everything you need. It surprisingly has plenty of room for your family and friends to stay. Located close enough to Cape May in a quiet community within walking distance to the bay beach.

Beautiful home

We had a great week here. The home is beautifully updated and has everything you would need for the week. Appreciated being around all the beautiful artwork. The host was available as needed for questions and very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again on the future.

I fell in love with Cape May on my first visit and was compelled to dedicate my artistic career to capturing it's glorious streets in watercolor panorama paintings. I also yearned to start a significant garden, having outgrown my postage stamp size yard in Philadelphia.

How perfect was my find when I ventured north and happened upon a town called "Villas" where the reasonably priced cottages offered the land that I was in search of. Just a bonus, of course, that the bay beaches are steps away allowing our little dog, Munchkin the ability to satisfy his exercise needs.

Bay Breeze Cottage has it all! Parents will love the Master bedroom with floor to ceiling tiled ensuite bathroom and French doors that open up to a spacious sunroom equipped with a 65 inch Smart TV.
The house was gutted to the studs and is all brand new in 2022. You won't be disappointed!

Completely private, all around-6 foot tall fence. I don't care how high your dog can jump, they won't be able to get out and nobody can gain access but you! Complete security for your kids and dog.
The dog friendly bay beaches are 4 properties away. In fact, you can see the water from the front deck.
The cottage is decorated with original fine art and fine art prints. Some of the artwork is for sale or to just enjoy during your stay.
