Si usted está buscando un lugar tranquilo, tranquilo refugio lejos de las multitudes de la ciudad de Panamá, a continuación, Unidad A137 es el lugar para usted!

Creemos que nuestro condominio es uno de los mejores en el puerto de Pinnacle!

Nuestra decoradas con buen gusto adosado de un dormitorio está situado en la planta primera y segunda de la torre en el puerto de Pinnacle. El mobiliario cómodo y alrededores traerán un poco de sabor de la casa a su experiencia de vacaciones. Nuestro condominio fue completamente renovado en diciembre de 2014. Tenemos nuevos gabinetes, azulejos, y accesorios de baño. Nuestro piso es un pequeño pedazo brillante abierto del paraíso!

Este condominio de dos pisos dormirá fácilmente 4 personas. El dormitorio principal está ubicado en el 1er piso y tiene una nueva cama king-size con un cómodo colchón. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana para su disfrute. Usted tendrá hermosas vistas del lago Powell desde el dormitorio principal y el comedor.

El salón tiene un sofá cama queen size. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar. El balcón sala de estar con vistas a una piscina de tamaño olímpico lleno y las arenas blancas del Golfo de México.

Relájese en su balcón por la noche y disfrutar de las hermosas puestas de sol.

Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Preferimos alquilar a no más de 4 personas.

Enjoyable Beach Vacation

Great experience

We had a great experience here. The condo was clean and looked as it does in the pictures. We slept 2 in the bedroom and 2 teens on the sleeper sofa comfortably. We really enjoyed our get away!

Wonderful family vacation

We really enjoyed this unit, it was perfect for the 3 of us. Very will kept and super clean! Beautiful views of the bay, pool, and ocean from both sides. We had no issues and will definitely be booking with Connie again!

Relaxing vacation

This was our third time to Pinnacle Port and this has now become our favorite condo to rent with a 1 Bedroom. This unit was just like the pictures. The view sitting on the balcony is just beautiful. It is kept clean and has everything you need to have a fun relaxing vacation. Connie is easy to work with and I would recommend this condo.

Wonderful Time!

This is our third year to stay in this condo! Pinnacle Port is our favorite vacation spot and you will not be disappointed staying in this room! Spectacular views

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy gulf front condo. Connie was a gracious host and made sure any issues we had were promptly dealt with. Wish we could have stayed the entire month but COVID-19 cut our stay short by about a week. Lovely condo in a beautiful, safe community, close enough to the all the restaurants, bars, and shops of Panama City Beach, but far enough away to have a quiet and uncrowded beach.

Great Getaway and Gorgeous Condo!

We have always stayed at Pinnacle Port and we were so glad we found this gorgeous 1 BR condo for a quick getaway after my daughter graduated High School. We needed to relax and unwind, well this was the place! From having coffee on the balcony looking out at the ocean to just sitting and relaxing on the beach we had an awesome time! The room was exactly what we expected and the photos are a true representation of the amenities! Loved the convenience of the 1st floor! I would recommend this unit to anyone and working with the owners was a breeze! Pinnacle Port will always be our favorite place to stay! The activities available are endless! You will not be disappointed!

Disappointed; Outdated, Worn, Not Clean

I was very disappointed. Overall this unit is worn and not clean. The TV doesn't work in the living room. Sofa bed in the living room is also broken; mattress smells and looks very worn (pillows, blankets and bedspread also have bad odors and haven’t been refreshed for awhile). There were no extra pillows sofa bed and only 1 set of bath towels for a unit that says it sleep up to 4. The kitchen was poorly equipped with supplies. Will NOT rent this unit again.

We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your stay. As former owners, we are sure that you know how important reviews can be. We wish that we had been aware of your concerns while you were at the condo so that we could have addressed them with you at that time. We love our condo at Pinnacle Port, we stay at it, and try very hard to keep it up to date and in good condition. At the end of May 2013, we paid to have a deep clean, including carpet and tile cleaning. We replaced the bedspread and all the pillows and we always use pillow protectors. Our mattress in the bedroom is less than 5 years old. As you know, we sent maintenance to check out the TV on Sunday. Our previous guest and our current guest have not had any problems with it. It's a flat screen that is less than 3 years old. Our cleaning service supplies 6 towels per visit. If we had known that more were needed, we would have had them brought immediately. Our cleaning service did confirm that some springs were broken from the sofa bed when they cleaned. We were not aware of any problem with the sofa before and are in the process of getting that fixed. We try very hard to supply the necessities in the kitchen. It is difficult to anticipate everyone's baking needs, but we try to make sure that the basic utensils are available. Since we began renting our condo, we have met so many great families and we genuinely enjoy helping them have a great vacation. Any time there is a concern, we encourage guests to let us know so that we can have it taken care of while they are there. As we said, we love our condo and want it to serve the needs of our guests.

Made for a family vacation

My family has never vacationed in panama city beach and as such I was nervous given its reputation as a party beach. However this location was idyillic for a family. There weren't any instances of drunken behavior or disturbances at any hour. We all slept well and even the fellow beach goers were highly courteous. So the overall experience was an absolute victory. As for the specific accommodations, they too were extremely satisfactory. The condo was well equipped for all our needs. We were very happy with how beach accessible it was. Because of its nearness we could easily walk to and from the ocean so as to avoid long trips with masses of stuff down to the beach and extended commitments to stay in the sun. Being able to pop to and fro so easily made the vacation very enjoyable. The pool was wonderful as half of it was indoor and the deeper half extended to the sun and a pool deck outside. The overall location to local supermarkets and restaurants made for a easy stay whether you were in a weekend vacation or something more extended. We ventured to the actual "strip" once for dinner, and for our family's taste, will avoid that in the future. However seeing such cramped high rises, loud inebriated crowds and overall non-family friendly locations really highlighted to us how superb our location at pinnacle point/carillon beach was. It is the place to go if you wish to experience the beautiful waters and lovely beaches in a manner that is friendly and modest. For us first timers it is a "must"!

Can’t go wrong

The location, condition, comfort, and cleanliness all very good and made for a great February vacation. Check in and check out directions were clear, and there was information about the area in a binder in the living room. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family loved our second trip to Pinnacle Port. After our last unit, this has obviously been remodeled with some nice touches. The kitchen was very open making it easy to move around and cook. You had a beautiful view of the lake while cooking and a gorgeous view of the gulf from living room and balcony, which was surprising for a first floor unit. We love the two floors, our kids had their separate space upstairs and we enjoyed the lake view and nice big king bed and bathroom in the downstairs grown up space. Washer and dryer always a plus, TV’s and channel selection great, and nice for traveling folks is there are some leftover beach chairs in the closet and under the bed :) can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful!

We live in Hohenwald, Tennessee where Steven Scott has been a veterinarian since 1984. Connie Scott works at the clinic and enjoys spending time with grandchildren. Steve currently is also a veterinarian with the TN Elephant Sanctuary which is located in Hohenwald. We are TN Vols fans! You don't have to be a Volunteer to rent from us-(but it might help:)
We grew up going to Panama City Beach for our family vacations. We still enjoy spending time with our family at the best kept secret in Florida!

We chose Pinnacle Port because of its feeling of a quiet retreat while still being close to shopping, dining, and recreation. The family atmosphere and beautiful white sand keeps us coming back!

Pinnacle Port has the unique advantage of having the beach on one side, and beautiful Lake Powell on the other. Our condo has beautiful views of both. We are located beside St. Helen State Park so we have the advantage of being away from the crowded beaches.
