While our condo is located on the second floor and most guests prefer to use the stairs, there will be no elevator access during this time. Security staff will be available to assist with luggage, but all guests must be able to use the stairs. We appreciate your understanding and I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

TRUE BEACHFRONT .. Welcome to "Beach Oasis" at Pinnacle Port, a true beachfront paradise. Our newly-renovated condo, located on the second floor of the low-rise building B3, offers stunning beach views from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king bed and a flat screen TV, while the living area is equipped with a flat screen smart TV, new leather furniture, and complimentary WiFi. For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has been completely renovated and includes new appliances, cabinets, dishes, and cookware. We supply comfortable cotton linens and plush bath towels. Additionally, you'll find two beach chairs and an umbrella stored in the condo for your use. Relax on our balcony, furnished with a sturdy pub table set, two chairs, and a rocking chair, where you can soak in the breathtaking beach view. Make "Beach Oasis" your home away from home this year and it may easily become your preferred vacation destination for years to come.

Whether you're a regular visitor to Pinnacle Port or it's your first time, you'll instantly fall in love with the private and secluded Carillon community. Our resort is located within a 24-hour secure and gated community, nestled between Camp Helen State Park and the Carillon Beach private beach-home community. With the picturesque inlet lake, Lake Powell, protecting us to the north, Pinnacle Port offers one of the most secluded and peaceful ocean-front experiences in the Panhandle.

While enjoying the tranquility, you're still just a short distance away from the scenic 30A beach towns of Rosemary and Seascrest, located only two and a half miles from our resort. The heart of Panama City Beach and the popular Pier Park are also just a few miles away. Additionally, Pinnacle Port provides amenities such as a peaceful lakeside gazebo and a free boat launch, should you wish to bring your own boat or jet skis. Fishing is permitted with a temporary Florida fishing license.

For your convenience, beach chair and umbrella rentals are available during the prime season, or you can utilize the set we store in our condo. We offer secure keyless entry, eliminating the need for long drives to pick up keys or keep track of them. Furthermore, we own another condo at Pinnacle Port, and we have connections with friends who have completely updated condos at the resort. If you have a large party, let us know, and we will ensure you are well taken care of.

-We wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! Just in case you thought this was standard practice… many short term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year!
-Walking and biking friendly gated community.
-We keep two beach chairs & an umbrella in the condo for our guests to use. Beach chair set ups on the beach are available "in season" for an additional expense.

**Booking Rules:
-Limited to 3 guests and best suited for 2 adults, children do count in the total amount of guests.
-Must be 25 y/o to book unless pre-approved and we will only rent to those willing to treat as their own. For the time being, we are limiting our home to 3 guests, and children DO count in guest count; however it is really BEST SUITED for two adults.
-Vehicles need to be registered online to obtain a parking pass, but there is no parking fee.
-Our units have a RING doorbell with security camera. These doorbells and cameras only detect activity OUTSIDE of the units front door in the OUTSIDE breezeway area. These are installed for everyones security and ensure that only people with permission are entering the unit.
