We love this home so much. Our host is always so hospitable, so welcoming. Checking on us to make sure we have everything we need. And we love all the special little touches like welcome snacks and the coffee bar. Close to so many restaurants, shopping and activities. This is our third stay in this property and will definitely not be our last.

Our second stay - love this home!

We love this rental home - close to lots of dining, shopping and a great place to hang out with family. Well appointed - love all the little “hospitality touches.” Will definitely stay again.

Was a great stay, house is located close to stores and a variety of Fastfood and Restaurants. House is beautiful decorated with all the amenities for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful home, quiet, safe neighborhood. Our second stay here was just as great as the first. Always excellent communication with Deborah, easy check-in, very clean and accommodating and the neighbors are awesome too! We shall return again next year when the Emerald Coast Bowling Tournament starts again at Oops Alley.

Our family stayed here in July while visiting extended family in Florida. The property was outstanding. Extremely clean, and good quality beds and furniture. The pictures were 100% accurate, with highly responsive communication from Deborah. We definitely plan to stay here again, next time we’re in town.

This is a very clean home. Comfortable seating in the living room. Comfortable beds. Countless great quality sheets, blankets, pillows, pillow cases, towels, and washcloths. I highly recommend this home. Great communication as well.

Perfect Location for Family Visit

House was better than advertised. Location to grocery and entertainment was less than a mile from the house. Beds were very comfortable, loved the towels. Will definitely look to rent next time we are in town.

Lovely Home for Family Stay

We loved this property so much. We had plenty of space for the whole family. It is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed all the homey touches like the coffee bar, the reclining sofa seats with cup holders and fluffy white bath towels. We also appreciated the location - super close to shopping and dining, and a short drive from Pensacola and the beaches. We especially were thankful for the easy checkin and checkout process and the absolutely stellar owner - so accommodating, such great communication. We will definitely be staying again!

Home is in a great neighborhood, very clean and well kept. Host was very responsive and quick to respond. Will definitely return to this property again next year if it’s available.

Enjoyed the stay

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and all the necessities were present. There were also some nice touches in the house. The neighborhood was quiet and it's a quick drive to get groceries, pizza and donuts. Depending on what you are doing in the area this can be a good location to stay. The house does require the purchase of insurance which isn't visible on the initial VRBO summary so be advised of that when comparing. I still found this to be reasonably priced. We normally stay at the beach but I didn't want to do that in the busy summer season so this place hit the spot!

Fantastic Home

Property is as listed and pictures are right on. Newer neighborhood, quiet and safe. Near everything you would need and not too far from the beach. Easy getting around Pensacola from the home. We moved our son down as he is an officer in the Navy. Home was near his new apartment.

Absolutely PERFECT in every way!!

For my first experience renting a home on Vrbo, I don’t think it could have been any more perfect than what it was!! Any future Vrbo rentals will have some pretty large shoes to fill after this experience! There were so many little things that made our stay in Milton so perfect…from the quick message replies from the property owner, to the adorable coffee bar in the kitchen…to the modern, tasteful home decor (as the mother of a Marine, I especially loved the little patriotic touches), to the cleanliness of every room…everything was absolutely perfect!! We are already looking forward to returning in the near future!
