The CAYUGA suite is located on the 2nd floor in the historic district of Auburn. This older home is situated among historic mansions of Auburn's past. This 1 bed/bath (shower only, small bathroom), has a queen bed 2- 58" smart TV's with Roku, hardwood floors, large windows, high ceilings, short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Air conditioners have been installed for the season. When using instant book, please indicate your approximate arrival time.
The space
Warm and Bright, 2nd floor suite, perfect for up to 2 people. This suite offers a queen size beds, a 58" smart TV with access to Roku available as well as wifi. Working from home? There is a desk in the bedroom which is a perfect spot to set up your laptop.

There is a NEST thermostat located within your suite for heat only and Air Conditioning window Unit/fans for use. (during warm months)

We're located close to the Seward House museum and the YMCA. Perfect for relaxing after enjoying the local museums, live entertainment, and micro-brew scene. Full-size appliances make cooking convenient. Outdoor covered patio to catch the air and cozy seating with patio warmer and lava fire pit. (patio shared space)

This is a 2nd floor apartment, if you park in the back parking area, there is a set of exterior steps (see photos) that lead to the main entrance and a few more steps leading from the landing area to the entrance.

Traveling with uhaul or trailer no problem as lot of space for both type vehicles
Other things to note
Please indicate if you'll require use of rollaway beds so that proper linen can be left also if you'll be traveling with a pet. Daily housekeeping is not provided, however can be arranged for an additional cleaning fee. Free parking is available on the street, immediately in front of the house or in the back parking lot.
