Beautiful year-round waterfront house on the Owasco Outlet. 4 bedroom/ 2 bath house. Very peaceful setting. Perfect spot for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Two kayaks also available for use. Take a short kayak trip out to the sandbar in the lake or rent/bring your own boat. Close to Emerson Park ( .5 miles), Springside Inn (1.5 miles), Chantelle Marie (3 miles). Nice clear, calm water to dock a boat. Huge backyard for yard games and relaxing. Relax at night by the waterfront with a bonfire and marshmallows. Central air conditioning. Close to all the amenities in Auburn for shopping and necessities.

Great place for a family get together

This property is a great place for a family gathering. It’s extremely spacious, has a large backyard, access to the water and is in a great location. We will definitely be back!

Great access to the lake

Plenty of room at the house for six adults. Property provided great views at sunset and a great place to have a campfire. We were able to moor our pontoon boat right to the sea wall. House was clean and bathrooms updated. Great bargain for the area.

Space for the Family with Kayaking

We usually have an annual family reunion that started several years ago. We had a great time with our host family cousins and love them, the Finger Lake Region (geography, nautical, people, architecture, antiquing & of course the many wine trails. So this is not our first waterfront rental here and we had a wonderful time here with our 7 adults, proximity to so many things. The two bathrooms worked out fine, cold HVAC, hot water. The home has some wonderful old architectural items, well kept and the owner has nice improvements to come.The big long lot backyard to river/ kayaks, fire pit & gas table at the deck by the water.We kayaked up to the dam and out to the lake and park there.Looking to plan in the future and see what Adam has done!Adam was a wonderful host!

Auburn stay

The house was clean with a well-appointed kitchen that thoughtfully included items like salt and pepper, paper towels, spices, etc. the lot is huge, the bonfire was ready to light, and the kayaks were an added bonus. It is conveniently located near both downtown Auburn and Skaneateles. We could walk to Emerson Park, which is lovely.

Good vacation lake house

This Owasco Lake house was a great location for a family getaway. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a large family. The house is somewhat under renovation and has great potential once completed. Having access to the kayaks was awesome! The house is on the inlet to the lake and it is a beautiful kayak ride out to the lake. The owners were great and very responsive. They even shipped us an item we left behind.

Great place for big family

This house was perfect for an extended family event. Lots of indoor and outdoor space, huge kitchen and dining room and two living room spaces. Also a screened in porch with a table. Everyone had a place to be without being on top of each other. The location is very convenient — five minute drive to groceries and other stores. We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Syracuse, so it was a bit of a drive for that, but not difficult and took about 45 min. Would definitely recommend for family or friend gatherings.

wonderful week

The house is close to Wegmans, Speedway, ice crem shop, The home was spotless. Easy getting in on arrival. Host answered any questions we had. The space was good for a big group. 2 living rooms. 1 had a tv. Large kitchen. Dining table seated at least 8. One bathroom had a step in shower. Other bathroom had a combo tub/shower. Both bathrooms large. Plenty of towels supplied. very nice bedding supplied. One bedroom had a large tv/ . Washer/dryer in basement House on a canal. room to dock a boat. easy access to the lake. the lake has two wonderful sandbars . great for small children and adults.. the screened porch has sliding doors off the dining area which is nice but has no exit. lots of storage, closets. Just a few things to know. the walk to the water is down a very long lawn yard. the house is close to a main rd. driveway can hold 4 vehicles. the house has only one way in and is the only way out also. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Clean & Tidy

We weren’t at the house much, so I can’t speak to the kitchen supplies. Seemed good at a glance. Each room was clean & tidy. They were nice enough to have some basics in the baths and kitchen to use. Coffee to get us going. Communication was fast, friendly, professional and accurate. House was dated in places, updated in some-overall very quaint! Loved lots of the historic details.

Peaceful place

House was clean, met our expectations. Most useful room in the house, by far, was the screened-in porch, we spent lots of time there. Really enjoyed the kayaks, and the fire pit area. Short drive to playground, mini golf and ice cream cones :) Heads up to parents with young children...it is a long walk through the big backyard from the house to the firepit/waterfront area, so bring a monitor if kids go to bed early!

Big house made for nice vacation

We enjoyed this spacious house. Easy to get in with lots of space for our teenagers to spread out. Beautiful backyard was great for playing bocce and use of the two kayaks and paddle boat on the water behind the property was a delight. A bit farther walk than anticipated which was fine for us but would be hard for senior citizen parents who had planned to come. Kitchen was great. Brought our own books and games as none on the premises but lifejackets were provided. Beds weren't super comfortable but wonderful overall. Close to Emerson Park and nearby places to go, but not great for swimming (fyi).

This was a great place to stay. We had a wedding at Emerson park and it was right around the corner. Clean , comfortable, spacious. The host was great at making sure we had all we needed.
