Location, location, location. Our cozy cottage on the canal, is the perfect place to enjoy all that South Topsail has to offer. You will be steps away from the beach and beautiful Serenity Point. Launch the kayak in the canal behind the house and go watch the sunset on the intercoastal or just relax on the family friendly beach of South Topsail. The large front porch is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, with a warm cup of coffee or enjoy the ocean breeze later in the day. With the Bush Marina and Jolly Roger Fishing Pier close by, you can launch a boat or try your hand with some fishing. Our newly renovated house is comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and living supplies. Features include a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, 1 Kayak, 3 bikes, 2 surf boards, multiple beach chairs and plenty of beach toys and many other extras. We care about this property and take pride in providing you the best experience and customer service. This property is managed by its owners.

GREAT place to get away!

This cabin is just off the beach! Big porch, open living room, LOTS of natural light, it is just perfect! And the hosts are so kind and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is perfect little cabin and the owners offered so many extras like a kayak and bikes and beach chairs! I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Great location and easy access, just 1 hiccup

The owners were great and had great communication. Shared lots of info about the location. But when we arrived there was a dead roach in one of the rooms, I immediately texted the owner and he explained they had had a lot of rain and that sometimes happened but that they have the house sprayed regularly. Ok I can move forward with that, we were also just staying 2 nights. Everything was clean and well maintained. 2nd night…. A live one in the bathroom. We were leaving the next day so we just killed it. And the grass could have used mowing. But other than that, it was a great house, lots of chairs and beach items for use. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood

A warm and fuzzy place steps from the ocean

My sister and I came here for some respite a few days after our mother died. My brother joined us for one night. My sister is very familiar with South Topsail beach, having vacationed there for decades. We both agreed upon checking in that the home was ultra clean, nicely decorated for a beach house, and well stocked.

Quick Beach Getaway

This rental was perfect for our group of 4! House offered pretty much everything you could need at the beach. Loved that it included beach towels and chairs - and bikes! Best part is how close it is to the beach!

We had an amazing vacation. The house was in the perfect location and had everything you could need for an amazing vacation. Beach chairs , boggie boards, towels, many appliances and kitchen ware, they had it covered!

Absolutely Perfect

My sister and I found this utterly charming bungalow last-minute and could not have been happier. We have vacationed in Topsail for years, and love the serenity of the South End. Now we have a new favorite rental. The owners were delightful, and we look forward to staying again!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect- less than a one minute walk to the beach access. The house was sparkly clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities and beach supplies. The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely

It was a perfect 3 day beach Vacation for the family. The house was clean, and relatively well stocked. I forgot to bring our tongues for grilling so that was a little tricky and we also had to run out our first morning and get more toilet paper.

The house is very nice, the perfect location, especially for those who enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding. clean and enough for a family, the only thing I would have liked is that it has its own dock for the ease of these sports. I would definitely come back again :) thank you!

Repeat visitor, we love this place

We came back for the second year in a row to this fantastic property. The location is incredible, steps away from the beach, which is uncrowded with the most beautiful blue/green water. Our kids (9 and 7 yo twins) boogie boarded and made sand castles, and we also took them for putt putt, ice cream, and to the shops in Topsail and Surf City. We were only here for a weekend but wanted to stay longer! The home is great. The kitchen has everything we needed, beds were most comfortable of any rental we’ve ever had. The downstairs shower came in handy as there is only one full bathroom in the house. We enjoyed the large deck in the mornings and in the evening as well. We look forward to returning again next year or sooner if we are able!

Perfect getaway

Perfect Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. We were able to walk easily back and forth to the beach and use the nice chairs that were provided. The boys rode the bikes through the quiet neighborhood, although they had construction currently taking place beside us that wasn't so quiet (of course not the owner's fault). I took many naps in the hammock, had coffee on the deck, and enjoyed having everything we needed at the property to feel at home. Thank you to the Mullins family for a wonderful , relaxing , week at our favorite beach.

Perfect size space

Came down for a quick 2 days of fishing. This property was in a perfect location and perfect size. The garage level storage was perfect spot for me to store my fishing gear. Would certainly rent this space again.

perfect location for quiet family getaway

thank you to our hosts for a relaxing and peaceful stay. our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 10) were very comfortable in the house. the proximity of the home to the beach was ideal. the beach itself was amazingly beautiful and we spent many happy hours walking and enjoying the sand and sea. thank you and we hope to return soon.

Nice little house close to the beach

The house was nice and clean. The ease of getting to the beach was a huge plus. I had never been to Topsail and did not realize that it took so long to get to the house from when you cross the bridge (about 20min). It was great to have the beach pretty much to ourselves, but have to plan ahead for shopping, which we did! Had a great time, but luck of the weather was not on our side this trip. Was freezing, but we bundled up and found plenty of sharks teeth and shells while letting the kids dig and bury themselves and learn the hard way that the ocean is not our friend when it's 40 degrees. Being so close to the beach made those mistakes easier to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect to enjoy both kayaking and the beach. We used the ladder at the canal to enter our kayaks. We enjoyed two beautiful sunsets from our kayaks and even saw dolphins one night. The beach is such an short, easy walk. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable.

We have lived in NC most of our lives and have vacationed on many of the beautiful beaches in NC. The South end of Topsail is absolutely our favorite spot. We rented this house from the previous owners, in 2021 and fell in love with it immediately. With the beach so close and access to the canal, it was perfect for our family. Our family loves all things water and this house provided the ideal getaway for us. We hope that you will love it as much as we do!
