This is a lovely house that sits on the waterfront of the Lake Clear Outlet. It's perfect for hiking, canoeing, kayaking, snowmobile riders, fishing (ice & regular), fires by the water, playing games, and so much more. The house has a nice deck; with a fully enclosed, screened-in sitting area. The enclosed area seats eight, and is perfect for dining. Further down on the water sits a wonderful spot for fires, and a dock to sit and fish off of. It's a cozy home that is setup for lounging in-between adventures and being close with the people you love. So whether you're an outdoor person or not, this place is going to put you in the heart of Adirondack beauty. All four seasons offer so much here in the ADK's, and this place is a perfect platform from which to explore them all!

Great location on the inlet with fishing and boating. Lake Tupper to Placid rail to trail minutes away. VERY quiet location in the ADK!

House was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Nice location on the water,providing a quiet and relaxing stay. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for my two teenage sons, husband and I to spend time together between fishing and hiking. Deck area, screen porch, dock and fire pit and kayaks looked great, wish we'd had more time to use it all!

ADK Exploration

Overall this was an amazing place to stay! There were a few dishes that were put away dirty, but apart from that everything was spectacular!!
Road sign was a little hidden, but super cute when we spotted it!
Was extremely nice we didn't have to bring our kayaks from home!
Such a beautiful way to start the day!

Lovely Cottage on Quiet body of Water

easy check-in, good wifi, nicely equipped kitchen, pleasant living room, nice back porch.Sloping lawn down to the outlet from clear pond, with lovely easy paddling and swimming on quiet stretch of water.

Well-stocked. Clean. A/C & heating all good. Water craft a nice bonus. A bit on the rustic side, but all part of the charm. House not as close to the water as the picture makes it seem, but ok. Comfortable furnishings. Would stay again.

Great stay for our family!

We had a fantastic stay with our 2 and 6 year old at the house. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we really enjoyed the yard and paddling on the super quiet lake. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay for our family vacation. Very quiet and perfect for relaxing in nature. I especially liked the dock and access to kayaks. Check-in was a breeze and the house was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities. Nice living area with air conditioning in all three bedrooms. We had dinner and played games (which were provided) at night in the screened in part of the porch which was an added bonus. Our host was amazing and responsive to every question and need. I would highly recommend!
Kayaking with provided kayaks and life jackets.

Great location, right on the water

Loved hopping out in the kayaks, beautiful place to paddle. House is older, but comfy enough. Will definitely come back to paddle in the summer.

Fishing Vacation

This camp was everything we were looking for and then some. Fishing in Lake Clear Outlet was great (we also fished elsewhere). The location of the camp puts you in the heart of the Adirondacks, with Tupper Lake, Saranac and Placid all short drives. We hope to stay there again.

Amazing little getaway

What a wonderful little house on the outlet. We fished, kayaked, canoed, hiked, and swam every day. The bedding was very comfortable, the house was clean and delightful, just a 5 minute drive from Lake Clear beach, and the owner was very cheerful and helpful. We loved it!

Fantastic Getaway In The Adirondacks

This was an absolutely beautiful, private retreat - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Easy access to a beautiful lake right from the front yard with boats available on the property. Relax in the front yard by the water, go boating or fishing from the property or visit the many nearby natural or town attractions. Host was very friendly and responded instantly to questions. Would highly recommend this place.

Great location in Adirondacks.

This rental is well maintained and well stocked. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We were especially happy with this rentals location. It is near Lake Saranac, Lake Placid, and Tupper Lake. In addition, it sits on a beautiful, quiet lot. We see able to do so many things during our stay. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great weekend at the cozy cottage by the lake.

What a wonderful weekend at the cozy cottage by the lake. We had something to do the whole weekend either spent time on the kayaks, or on the John boat or fishing off the dock enjoying the campfire, sitting on the deck just a very beautiful special place. We loved every minute of it.

Peaceful Getaway

Very clean, carpet looked practically brand new. Comfortable beds, had everything you need while staying lake front. Kayaks, boats, life vests, fire pit, screened in table for outside eating, grill. Inside, we did not have to leave for anything- paper towels, trash bags, condiments. My twins loved the loft room with two single beds. AC in each bedroom. Close to hikes for all skill level and to a small local ice cream place. But you do not need to go anywhere! Just relaxed with our family and played games like monopoly and had some perfect quality time together.

We spent 3 nights in this quiet little cabin off the beaten path yet within a few miles of almost anything you would need. Well cared for and stocked with most of the basics. Owner was reachable and attentive. We would not hesitate to enjoy this little gem again.

I'm a local guy who with a company in LA that builds recording studios for professional music and film engineers. My wife and I moved back here some years ago, and we live in Saranac Lake. My family owns a few vacation rentals, which I manage, in Saranac Lake and Lake Clear. This location, like the others, is near and dear to us, as it has been in our family for generations. I was born down the street in a house my father built. My brother, sister, and I were toddlers fishing off the dock of this cabin, and we have been fishing there ever since. It's lovey to share this place, and the Adirondack experience, with folks from near and far. My family and I are excited to host you!

This is a such a wonderful property. The house is perfect for four but can certainly accommodate six people. It is on the water; tucked away in nature with the unique beauty of the Adirondack Park right in the front yard. If fishing is your fancy, this is a home run. If you like to hike and explore nature, you will be stationed in the center the 46 Adirondack Peaks. The Fish Creek Pond day use area is right around the corner, and the The Wild Center in Tupper Lake is just a short drive away. The neighborhood is special and unlike any other I know.
