Fireweed Apartments is your ideal vacation rental, a centrally located apartment complex featuring an on-site Food Market.
Second floor unit with two bedrooms & one bath, furnished with essential amenities. It is situated in a convenient and coveted location in town which provides easy access to all the attractions and conveniences that Fairbanks has to offer.
Near the Airport, University, Hospitals, and Fort Wainwright. Public transport accessible.
An apartment rental unit all to yourself for your entire stay. There are two appointed bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with ample storage space, comfortable beds and linens to ensure a good night's sleep.
A well-appointed full bathroom with a shower and tub combo, offering a comfortable and functional space. Equipped with fresh towels, a hair dryer and stocked with starter essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a living area that has a welcoming atmosphere and seamlessly connect to kitchen and dining area, where you can make meals during your stay. Appliances and ample counter space makes it ideal for accommodating a small family, couples, or small groups.
The shared areas include the driveway, patio, laundry area, and the arctic entry/mudroom.
This upstairs apartment can only be accessed via stairs, which is the only entrance. It may pose challenges for those with mobility issues.
A coin-operated washer and dryer are also available within the property.
We welcome families with children. Parents are kindly asked to supervise their kids and take responsibility for any damages. Feel free to rearrange items for your children's needs, but please ensure everything is returned to its original position.
If you have a service animal with you, please answer these two questions legally allowed by law to ask:
1. Is the animal required because of disability?
2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
A guest(s) service animal must not be:
*Out of control and housebroken.
*Left alone at the listing without prior approval.
*Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest.
*Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under guest's control.
As per Alaska law, guest(s) will remain liable for any and all damages caused by people or animals.
If you have an emotional support animal, we will charge a fee of $50.00 per animal and per stay as we are a pet free rental property.
A guest(s) emotional support animal must not be:
*Out of control and housebroken.
*Left alone at the listing without prior approval.
*Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest.

We reserve the right to do legal actions and report false claims made by guest(s).
