In a perfect location, this property strikes just the right balance of having everything easily accessible, yet very secluded with a breathtaking view of Mt. Bachelor! The Old Mill District, Drake Park, the road to Mt. Bachelor, and the shops and restaurants in Rustic Downtown Bend are all conveniently close by. The property is set at the end of the road on 10 Private Acres, biking trails literally in the backyard!

This picture perfect home is updated with modern finishes in all the areas where it counts. The open-concept main level has a gorgeous new kitchen with a large island that seats 4, new appliances for all your cooking needs and a dining table for 6 adjacent to the kitchen. Flowing from the kitchen/dining area, is a great room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furniture and views in every direction! An expansive deck for relaxing and gathering. Perfect indoor/outdoor living that lets in tons of natural light.

The well thought out floor plan has a generously sized first floor master suite, attached master bathroom and oversized closet with a private patio. 2 well appointed bedrooms upstairs, a full bath and futon for additional sleeping needs.

The garages below are available to store bikes, boats and all the toys to enjoy everything Central Oregon has to offer!

So many thoughtful amenities, from the whole house WiFi, to AC, and a pellet stove for cozy winter nights. There are many options for entertainment within the house itself. All three flat screens are smart TVs, with multiple streaming apps available. Board games, puzzles, cards and poker chips are just a few of the provided entertainments.

The beautifully landscaped property also offers a variety of outdoor spaces and activities, such as a horseshoe pit, corn hole, a hot tub that seats 6, and a fire pit with lots of seating! There is a large BBQ, which is protected by a covered area, and can be used in any season. In the warmer seasons there is a large outdoor patio dining table and lots of other outdoor seating.

Weddings and large events are not permitted at this home - the home is very private - but noise travels - if you are looking for a party place - this house will not be a good fit.

House was great! Had plenty of amenities and stocked with some miscellaneous things in case you forget anything- made for a cozy stay with friends. WiFi was a little spotty but other than that it was perfect for a weekend getaway! Amazing views!!

Comfortable house with great views

We joined family who are Bend residents for Thanksgiving. This house was a mile from them and a very nice place to stay. The views are wonderful and the house was everything we needed

Amazing getaway in bend

I was a little nervous since this place didn’t have many reviews. It was amazing!! The cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The house is beautiful and the view from the back patio is great. The hot tub worked perfect. This would be a good place to stay with a bigger group as there is quite a bit of space. No complaints!

Home sweet home

This house was on an amazing lot with beautiful scenery all around. It had everything we could’ve possibly needed. Perfect for any size family. Close to town and still able to get Instacart. Every drawer has something you could use including an amazing cleaning closet. We talked, laughed and cried it was like being at home and would love to stay another time to explore bikes and trails.

Quiet relaxing retreat

We stayed at this beautiful home off a quiet road. We were able to see colorful sunrises and amazing sunsets. The home is warm and comfortable. We were amazed at the array of utensils, storage containers and even storage bags, plastic wrap and tin foil. The kitchen beautiful and is very well stocked. The back deck is amazing even if it is cold out. There is a little trail nearby for walking. We saw deer every morning. Truly a quiet place to relax and only minutes to town.

Fantastic place, exactly as advertised!

Couple of 50 yr old high school buddies doing an annual ski trip. Wanted an upscale place with more privacy than a condo or house in a development would offer. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean! When we arrived the hot tub was set to 104, perfect after a long day of travel. The grill was immaculately clean, and there were plenty of provisions not always found at many rentals (plenty of kitchen supplies, new sponge, non-perishable spices, etc). Even the cookware was very high quality, also in excellent condition. Those who rent often know what a difference this makes renting for days with the intention of eating in. We used the grill almost every day, as it was conveniently located right outside the kitchen under a covered deck. It snowed quite a bit while we were there, so we didnt hike much around the property, but even the limited weather visibility did not deter from the natural beauty of the land around the property, which was unencumbered from other homes. The firepit was well stocked with plenty of wood, but again, quite a bit of snow so we did not get a chance to use it. Hopefully next time, as we would absolutely rent this property again. Very open and spacious, with two bedrooms plus a master suite with an ensuite bath, and a pullout futon style sofa in a loft-like space upstairs, it is very roomy, and it heats up very quickly, which was nice after coming back from the mountain every day. Best place we have rented in years! Thank you for sharing it!

Our property is minutes away from everything Bend has to offer. There is a grocery store, mercantile, pub and salon all within walking distance but you feel like you are in your own secluded paradise. The only visitors wandering down the road are likely a deer family!

The mountain view from the expansive deck and patio for gathering around a fire pit make this home a perfect place to gather friends and family. The cozy interior of the home has lots of space for hanging out together or having a little quiet time on your own. When your ready to explore Bend it is minutes away.
