The Space:
Relax in luxury in this beautiful home which includes 4 bedrooms, three living spaces, and picturesque views. The home boasts a stylish and bright layout, great for up to 12 to spread out and relax in. Step inside and be greeted by the well-decorated sitting room where you can warm up by the gas fireplace. Just off the sitting room is the fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and a large kitchen island with four bar stools. Connected to the kitchen is the dining area, a bright nook space with windows all around, you will feel right at home enjoying your meals here!

Head up the stairs and arrive at a cozy living room where you will find a comfortable L-shaped sofa situated around a mounted flat-screen TV. From this space, you will find three spacious bedrooms which include a beautiful master suite complete with a king-size bed, a sitting area and a desk, and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is a luxurious space with a steam shower, a claw foot bathtub, and a spacious single-sink vanity. The second upstairs bedroom provides plenty of space to spread out, great for the kids in the group to all share! In this room you will find a queen-size bed and then a loft space with two double beds and an additional floor mattress, the perfect room for vacation slumber parties! However, please note: While it’s a fantastic space for little ones, it might not be ideal for adults seeking comfortable bedroom arrangements. If adults are considering using the loft beds, they may find them less suitable. The third bedroom is great for families to share with little ones, with both a queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed, so everyone can get a good night's rest. A laundry room is comfortably located next to the three bedrooms, so you can keep up with any laundry needs with ease. The entire upper floor features plush carpeting for added comfort. On the basement floor of the home is a second living room that can be used as a fourth bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as one of the sofas turning into a sofa bed.

The home also includes a separate kitchenette with a small dining table, a spacious entryway off the garage with ample storage space, and boasts 3.5 bathrooms. Step outside the home to take in the gorgeous views and enjoy the peaceful front porch.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, outdoor areas, and garage, as well as two parking spots.

A quick, six-minute walk will take you to the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience. In the summer months take your outdoor adventure to the hiking trails and explore one of several beautiful trails all less than a five-minute drive away such as the popular Armstrong Trail, SilverSpur, and Dawn’s Trail. Getting Around:
With this home's incredible location, you are within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift which provides direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. The Old Town Transit Center is a 14-minute walk away where you can easily access multiple Park City Transit Bus routes, connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District.
