This unique place has a style all its own. Beachfront handcrafted family-friendly Home sleeps 5 & with a little bit of a walk to the beach. There is an all-terrain wagon to carry your items, Outdoor Games, a fire pit w/wood, a hammock, patio furniture, a large charcoal grill picnic table for six, and a small handcrafted kiddy picnic table. Complete Kitchen over 32 spices, air fryer rice & 2-slow cooker Bake & Cookware a full kitchen to cook your meals. COME, Relax at the Cozy Beach Front Home! Enjoy! This Home has Very high ceilings, fans, and skylights well decorated in 2 rooms. You have an excellent unobstructed view of the lake. Lots of inclusions for kids. This house is cooled and heated by AirPro Mini-splits for your comfort.

There are two binders: Black Floreal...House Manual, How Elephant Butte Became, Menus from restaurants, What Animals and Critters in the Area, and Things to Do... Cream Floral Binder is the operational manual for the household items for your use. The nights are gorgeous with a moon rising over the lake surrounded by mountains, cool breeze, campfire by the lake shores, flickering, and the soft fragrance of the campfires. It's a site to see, relax, and take it all in!!! Park Pass is available. If not returned, there will be a $75.00 fee.

The minute we pulled in we loved the “reserved for Kathy” sign. The property is absolutely charming! Beautiful cactus gardens & plants . Nice patio to enjoy the lake view. The house’s amenities are exactly what the 3 of us loved. We possibly couldn’t use everything. The home is so artsy and very comfortable. The view from the patio is just amazing. The beds and linens were perfect. Kudos to Teri the most gracious host. She had a welcome gift waiting for us ! If I could give Teri 20 Stars I would.

Excellent location to relax, visit or just watch the view of Elephant Butte Lake right from the shaded porch. Home is clean, well stocked and very comfortable for all ages. Kitchen was great to prep meals in. Beds comfortable. Porch, my personal favorite. Did I mention the location is great, extremely quiet neighborhood. Would/will go back and will highly recommend to others.

The beach house had excellent views of the lake, and close enough to walk to the lake. These house was clean, well organized and had everything we needed. We spent most of the time relaxing on the deck with the amazing views. Teri was an incredible host.

View of the lake is excellent. Park pass was used a lot. Loved the area. Was a great spot!!! No complaints. Just a few suggestions, beds were not the most comfortable and one bathroom was inconvenient. The house was cozy and dvd player was not working well. Would consider coming back.

Great stay

This cozy house is as comfortable as we had expected. It is a great place to kick back and relax. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the view from the deck is just beautiful. everything we needed was available and good working order. We really appreciate owners attention to detail and would highly recommend.

Magnificent get-a-way

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcomed and special. Upon entering the home, we discovered that the host had left a personalized thank you card with cookies and a keepsake ornament. The property was easily accessed, clean, and as described. The host Teri went out of her way to make sure there was absolutely everything a guest would need, from kitchen and cooking essentials, health and beauty supplies, to firewood for the fire pit. The view to the lake is stunning and we spent most of our time outdoors. We will definitely be returning to this delightfully whimsical beach front bungalow. Thank you Teri!

Amazing relaxation

The beach house was amazing. It’s close enough to the lake, we walked the beach morning and evening. The host went above and beyond to make sure to have everything we may need. It was SO relaxing on the back porch listening to the birds, reading and enjoying the view. This is a must for anyone needing to relax and not worry about anything. Love. Love. Love.

Anniversary get away

Charming beach house hideaway

I could go on and on about how wonderful this place was. All the amenities that you could possibly hope for and more. Like nice little touches all around the home a Christmas tree, a sailboat on the toilet toilet paper, a nice little handmade keepsake from the property manager, Teri. Teri thought of everything that would make your stay here perfect! From kid friendly books, outlet protectors, tons of top shelf amenities, to the amazing unobstructed view of Elephant Butte Lake; there is no doubt in my mind that this is one of our top picks of vacation destination sites. Hands down, the very best! Thank you Teri!

Thanksgiving With My Boys

I like hosting; if not in the bars business that I owened; its a vactional rental home. I love to share my crafts the expression with people's reviews in the journal the ability to give them a place to unwind relax take a breath and slow down to enjoy their minute!. Is what hosting all about.

The amazing unobstucted view of the lake, the moons gaze dancing on the water front, smell of the campfires and the campers camping near the lake, the laughter wisking about in the breeze. Morning rise with boaters waverunners skipping across the water how can anyone resist this serenity!!!
