The house is nicely decorated and the grounds are well kept. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Overall had such a remarkable expierence! It was so relaxing start to finish with the beautiful property. Hot tub was awesome, backyard/patio was great, and inside was cozy and convenient! Loved it, will be back for sure!

Loved it!

We really enjoyed this delightful and charming cottage. It's an older, adobe home that has been updated for comfort. The owner has paid special attention to decor and conveniences to make this a very pleasant place to relax in. The hot tub was not too hot (as it's not heated in the hot summer heat), but was comfortable at 81+ degrees. The completely fenced in yard was a total bonus for us and our dogs enjoyed being able to run and play while on travel. We have booked it again for another getaway in October.

Leasa is a very accommodating host. The cottage is very welcoming and homey. We had a relaxing stay in New Mexico at the cottage near the lake.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as listed in the description for the property, it was clean, comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed for meal prep. We will definitely plan to stay here the next time we visit T or C.

This charming and comfortable oasis was tucked away and private, yet super close to any convenience you might need. It was a quick and easy ride to Elephant Butte state park. The outdoor hot spring tub was a real treat and the fenced in yard was a great place to relax. The host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Wonderful space for a girls weekend. Roomy and well equipped. Loved the little yard, screened in porch, and seating options. Having 3 separate beds was really helpful. Really cute property, right in the heart of TorC. Very walkable.

Very nice retreat to enjoy T or C. Beautiful front yard with nice grass, roses, and flowering plants . Front yard is fully fenced and good for small dogs. Back hot tub is private and a nice area to relax. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Beds were good. Right on the healing waters trail for walking. Kitchen has coffee maker, tea kettle, stove, microwave, fridge. Screened front porch adds to places to relax. Recently remodeled and clean. On the west side of hot springs area, but very walkable area.

The whole house was nicely set up. The kitchen has a lot of seasoning and extra stuff for cooking, which was nice even though we didn’t actually end up cooking there. It even has a small electric barbecue grill which we didn’t realize it was going to have. If we get to stay there again we will definitely plan on using it.

Cozy and livable with a wonderful Hot Springs tub

This is one of my favorite VRBO’s that I have stayed at. The garden is filled with beautiful roses and irises, the house was clean and well stocked, it was walking distance to everything, and the hot spring tub was wonderful. And the owner was extremely responsive and friendly.I would be happy to stay here again next time I visit.
