Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada y ubicación
Very communicative host in the booking process. Loved the neighborhood and charm of the home. Decor very nice. However, needs coat of paint on outside and inside. Worn looking. Living room furniture is old, cracked and black with wear. Wall unit a/c's did not cool at all making it difficult to get ready and sleep without sweating as no a/c in bathrooms. Upstairs bedroom was not able to be cooled down and instead of a 2 bdr; as we booked, my friend and I had to share downstairs king bed. Not ideal for what we paid for. Very old noisy refrigerator that needs to be replaced and too big for kitchen space. Upstairs carpet needs to be replaced as very old and dirty. Upstairs bathroom has lighting issue making it a strobe light.These were all things that could not have been fixed by a call. And, host was on vacation. We both did send him messages after, hoping for a response or some compensation for the sleeping arrangements but nothing to date. Disappointing to pull up and see grass almost 3 feet high and peeling paint on exterior.Our biggest disappointment was not having 2 bedrooms to use.
