Our House is your Home away from Home. It is newly remodeled and updated for a cozy stay! If you are here to vacation or to work We hope our Home gives you everything you need. Enjoy keyless entry so no need to meet us in person. It is closely located near the heart of Downtown Denver. It is about ten minutes from all major corridors…Interstates 70, 25 and 76 also US 36 (Boulder Turnpike) as well as just a few blocks from the Westminster B-line light rail station. This light Rail will take you in the heart of downtown Denver (Union Station) in 15 minutes. After arriving it is only a 5 min walk to Coors field to catch a Rockies game m! A little further walk will take you to some other cool areas Denver has to offer…including the Highlands, LoHi or RiNo district. Those areas you can enjoy many Distilleries, Restaurants and Bars. If you want to take in some other sites you can take a day in our beautiful Rocky Mountains, Red Rocks Amphitheater or Golden also a short driving distance. In the other direction you have a quick easy drive to Boulder which has a lot to offer also! The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef`s delight, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave. We have stocked the kitchen with all the utensils and small appliances we could fit. Including a Kurig coffee Pot with a few days of coffee pods on us! Enjoy your stay and keep up with laundry using the washer and dryer provided. There are two Full Bathrooms with a tub and shower in both. For entertainment, We have Free Internet! The living room has a large Roku smart TV (bring your passwords many of your favorite streaming aps) for your viewing pleasure. We also have Roku TVs in all the bedrooms! If Movies and TV are not your thing… there are board games and cards for your enjoyment! The living room also consists of a queen size pull out couch bed to sleep two additional guest! Or if you chose some alone time there are Three bedrooms, One Bedroom has a King size bed, the other two have Queen beds m. Entertainment options Outside too…Relax and Unwind on the Patio with outdoor furniture and Grill perfect for outdoor gatherings. Or Relax in the Hot Tub while enjoying the gas Fire Pit. You can also Challenge your Friends and Family to a friendly game of Corn Hole. Also one more note… we have included this link to our other property only a few blocks away.

Also we have a Light Rail Station a few blocks away (walking distance) it will take you downtown to Union Station in about 10 to 15 minutes for about $3.00

Great location in the north metro Denver area. Home is in an older up and coming neighborhood with great access to many of Colorado’s favorite destinations. The Westminster light rail station is conveniently four blocks north of the residence. Offering rides to downtown Denver.

We have a driveway and free parking on the street in front of the house.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Absolutely No smoking allowed inside.
