Great spot overall, especially great for dogs. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but city activities are very close and accessible. It was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and check in/out was a breeze.

Great location and close to playgrounds

We stayed here for a week and had a good time. The house was a great location to family that lived out there and easily located near all activities we wanted to do. There was an issue with the AC breaking and the owners were responsive and got it fixed as soon as possible. They were great to communicate with. If you are traveling with little ones, the Westminster Nature park is right down the street and is amazing!

Not what we were looking for.

Pictures were nice, but got in, doors were dirty from big dogs at the windows. Bedrooms had carpet and it was dirty. Would not stay here again.

Amazing home!!

The property was very nice lots of things for the kids to do out doors. very quiet neighborhood super close to lots of stores and restaurants including Walmart and dollar tree snooze and a very nice Indian food restaurant namaste definitely recommend. The property was perfect for my family we had a small family gathering for my mother’s birthday and everything was great. There was a lot of pet hair but I think it was the rug in the living room I think it’s just time it’s replaced but other than that it was great. Would definitely stay there again…one more thing you have full access to the garage which is great specially when it’s snowing but my suv didn’t fit I think if you have a compact car then you should be ok.

Nice location

The house was nice. Quiet neighborhood and I felt safe. Ran into a few issues with toilet and leaks under sink and dishwasher. Host was quick to fix the toilet, but the sink/dishwasher was a bigger problem to deal with after I left. Other than that my stay was good.

Beautiful Stay

We had a beautiful stay at this VRBO. Hosts were responsive, property was as described. Hosts generously allow small events (we had a small gathering for my baby shower and it was lovely). Would recommend to anyone staying in Arvada, the backyard was especially fun/beautiful and perfect for what we needed it for. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Just as advertised

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the garage access as it was raining when we got in. Great access to both downtown Denver and to the mountains. The back patio was a great place to enjoy the afternoon shade and unwind. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful for Families!

Our family of 5 had a nice time at this house. Clean, nicely decorated. Modern appliances. Had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and bedding. Great, safe neighborhood and location! Easy parking- we used the driveway, but garage looked spacious. Thorough communication with owner. Definitely recommend!

Cozy home in Arvada

Cozy home with comfy beds and good basic amenities. The location was a bit off putting at first as we drove in (somewhat industrial area) but the small neighborhood where the house sits felt safe. We could get to all of the sites we needed to reach for our softball tournament easily due to the central location. We enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby reservoir for walks. A couple of things that we felt could be improved are: 1) the sun hits the back side of the house/kitchen window HARD in the AM, blinds for the window and glass patio doors would be an awesome addition; 2) the garage will not hold a full size SUV (Tahoe) which was may be worth mentioning as we picked this spot for its advertised use of the garage; 3) the coffee pot doesn’t have an auto off function and we accidentally left the burner on all day because we were not aware of this. All in all it was a comfy stay that was adequate to our needs and communication/checkin and checkout was easy.

Great Little Place

We had a great stay here. Beds are super comfortable. It is a great home base for Denver travelers less then 30 minutes to Red Rock or downtown Denver.

Beautiful home, great location, host was responsive and friendly!

We had a bit of trouble upon arrival, but the host went out of her way to get to the home quickly and fix the issue. Following that, the stay was pleasant and we even almost booked an additional night, but ended up going to Colorado Springs. Kids had a blast in the backyard, we saved a ton of money on food making use of the fully stocked kitchen, enjoyed the variety of games they had available, and the location was absolutely amazing. Close enough to everything that we didn't have to spend time driving, and far enough away from the city that things stayed relatively quiet. I would absolutely bring my family here for another stay and would recommend others do the same! Thanks Samantha :)

Fabulous inside and out

I had a very enjoyable stay at Samantha's home in Arvada. The house was spotless, the furniture and beds comfortable and all in all very cozy. It rained and snowed during my stay so I wasn't able to enjoy the outside deck and games ... but hope to be back.

DONT STAY SO MUCH DUST

My wife and I attempted to stay at this location into our trip. We could not bear the dust and how dirty the house was. My wife actually ended up going to the hospital because of how dusty it was I sent pictures to the host, advised her of the problem or then she was not communicative with me and did not help resolve the issue I would not suggest staying here. There was a mountain of dust and sand throughout the whole house.

Peace and Quiet

The first thing I noticed staying at this Vrbo is how absolutely quiet it is when you’re sleeping. (That, and beds that are better than many hotels I’ve stayed at.) It made me realize just how many sounds I am used to hearing when I sleep in my own home! But here the entire world falls asleep with you. We were snowed in during our stay, but the television was a great way for us to login to our streaming accounts and stay entertained! Plus, there’s a grocery store minutes away from the property, so it was easy to stock up on snacks before the snow arrived. The house is well maintained—the photos don’t lie! When I next travel to Denver, and if I’m able to reserve this property a second time, I might bring a white noise machine just to help me adjust to the quietude.

Comfortable stay at house near Denver

This neighborhood has the perfect location for people who want to be able to enjoy all the city has to offer while retreating home to a nice, quiet neighborhood. This area is very safe, has beautiful views and more access to lakes and ponds than you can find almost anywhere in Colorado. The location is perfectly nestled in a pocket between all major highways (I-70, I-25 and Hwy 36) making transportation anywhere a breeze.

Before I became a mom, I used to do lots of travel for both work and pleasure. I got to know the kinds of things that are nice to have when away from home and have done my best to stock the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with all those things you need to freshen up in the bathroom, stay cozy in the bedroom or cook a nice meal in the kitchen. When it comes to enjoying the outdoors, we wanted to create a space for people to enjoy cooking, dining and playing games with friends and family. The backyard took a lot of work, but it is our hope that you will love it!
