This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is well equipped with all household items. Bring your boat and fishing rods to enjoy the private dock, with a 15 minute boat ride to the ocean, or boat to downtown Stuart where you will find all the restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the evening sunset while floating in the private pool or grilling on the gas grill. Beach access is only 20 minutes by car.
The space
Home offers 3 bedroom 2 bath with a King size pull out sofa in the sun room sleeping 8 guest. Master bed and bath is privately located upstairs with 2 guest rooms and bath on first floor. Each bedroom has a 55” TV. First level offers a very open floor plan. Enjoy the private pool and dock areas while grilling on the outdoor gas grill.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home except the following: garage, master bath closet, master bedroom closet, outside storage closet, storage cabinet in laundry room and fridge with lock in laundry. Boat lift is private.
Other things to note
Parking: guest can park 2-3 cars size depending on driveway. NO PARKING IN STREET OR IN GRASS.

Pool may be heated for an additional cost $30 per day, please reach out to host prior to booking. MUST give atleast 3 days notice if you would like pool heated.

Boat Dockage: reach out to host with any dockage questions.

ICE MACHINE: help yourself to all the ice you would like.
