The "Coastal Tranquility Haven" is beautiful newly renovated private waterfront residence with a pool, private dock, and cozy accommodations. There is an apartment on side with its own entrance. The owners are gone most times, but occasionally they are there. You won’t see them unless you are in need of something. The home has plenty of dock space with electric, water, and fish cleaning station, so bring your boat for the weekend or stay for a lifetime! This home offers a chef's kitchen with every gadget and appliance you could desire to serve you during your visit. The property is located close to numerous nearby restaurants that are assessable by both boat and land. The property is less than 8 miles to the beach by car or a short boat ride down the St. Lucie River to the ocean.

The home features 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a large living room with a sectional and accent chairs, chefs eat-in kitchen, large dining room table with leaves to accommodate a large dinner, screened-in patio with dining table and bar, tiki hut, lounging chairs, outdoor seating, firepit, dock, and more.

Nice relaxing getaway

beautiful property but could use some sprucing up (pool floor and pool deck scraped us up pretty bad and the bird attack while enjoying my coffee was a bit unsettling) but the house was comfy and sparkling clean.

Valerie, I’m so sorry about the bird. We have tried to get rid of them and I think he’s finally gone. As far as the pool floor. It’s concrete. When you say sprucing up that gives people a bad impression of the property outside. Everything is clean and immaculate. And I have no. control over nature. If I was to leave an honest review about you. You guys were a bunch of slobs your child peed the bed. They left crumbs all over in the bunk room, food left on the bunk, dirty dishes in the sink, dishwasher was not started, and you did not follow any of the house rules. Unfavorable reviews are not appreciated when I try my hardest to make everything perfect for your stay.

Fantastic Property!

This property was perfect for three couples and 27' boat. House was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The dock set up is great with a fish cleaning station, hoses and electricity. Trish was easy to work with and quick to answer all questions. Would definitely rent again!

OUTSTANDING VRBO!

This was a great stay! The house is everything and more that is advertised, spotlessly clean, and very, very pretty. Two adults and two little children stayed for our vacation, the neighborhood is very friendly and safe, nearby to a beautiful park with playgrounds for the kids and running trails for the adults. Host is very responsive! My entire family highly recommends this VRBO - it was excellent!

Golf getaway

Trish was a terrific host, very responsive. The house was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The breezeway was a great spot to lounge after golf along with the patio next to the pool. Great home located near plenty of restaurants and nite life. We will stay here again during our next visit. Thx Trish for you prompt replies and attention to detail.

Best Thanksgiving

Trish was thoughtful host and the place is fantastic. We hosted Thanksgiving at the house and there was enough seating for 10! We also cooked (2) 14 lb turkeys and had all the homemade fixings thanks to the kitchen layout and supplies. We fished off the dock and caught a few catfish and croakers. We would definitely put this spot on our list to return.

Beautiful property! Great vacation stay!

We rented this property for the first week of March - it was ideal for myself, my wife, our daughter and son-in-law.Everything about this home is perfect! It's been recently re-done with beautiful appointments and finishes! The pool and surrounding terrace are gorgeous! The location is very quiet, and so convenient to downtown Stuart for shopping, many fine restaurants, and nearby beaches.And Trish, the host, was wonderful!! She was available if needed and had great restaurant suggestions.Highly recommend this property for a great relaxing vacation. We've already booked the same timeframe for next year - can't wait to return!

Tranquil Paradise

This home is located in a very nice neighborhood and was not only beautiful, but it was immaculately clean. It was fully stocked with everything one could want and much more. The appliances were all new, and the furnishings throughout the house were absolutely beautiful. Trish certainly has an eye for decorating! It had a cozy, beachy vibe throughout. The waterfront backyard was fully equipped with beautiful patio furniture, umbrellas, beautiful flowers everywhere and of course, the magnificent Tiki! Trish was extremely responsive to all of our questions and was a fabulous host. We will definitely be planning another vacation at her tranquil piece of paradise!

Awesome paradise

I absolutely loved this place. We have stayed at a few homes in Palm City but by far this one is the best. Loved the host Trish, she made us feel like we have been friends for a long time. Left us a little gift upon arrival. House was stocked with all that we needed. Easy check in. Let’s us have as many mangos off her tree… was a little out of reach but managed a good amount and they were delicious. House was clean, pool was clean, beds were comfortable, big TV, comfy couch. I have nothing bad to say. We were there for Fourth of July weekend and the fireworks were amazing. I will definitely be back. Oh wait, only complaint that I have is that I wish we could have stayed longer. Book it you will not regret it!

BEAUTIFUL HOME

We evacuated from the West Coast of Florida just before Hurricane Milton. Lucky to note only have found a place, but Trish went above and beyond - even offering to get anything we needed before arriving. She was so sweet and concerned that we were not getting the ‘full experience’ because chairs were put away and shutters up. …. None of that mattered - so comfy inside, just a beautiful place. She was outside the very next morning pulling shutters down so we would have natural light AND putting out the chairs so we could sit outside if we liked. More than accommodating. I would MORE than recommend this place! Five stars!

Misrepresentation of the property

Trish misrepresented the property in her ad. We thought we rented a private home, a private pool and a private dock. The original ad said that the owners live in a detached apartment next to the property. When we arrived, we found two boats on the dock, and the owners living in the same house, under the same roof, in a separate bedroom and the garage (even if Trish promised not to be there when we questioned the living arrangement). There is a secret pass-through door between the owners quarters and the rented part through the pantry. That is a major security and privacy issue. When we called Trish and questioned this, the ad was changed the next day to read a “semi-detached apartment.” The owners quarters have windows facing the pool and the yard, can also look at the rented living area. We could hear the owners phone conversation, could see light coming from there. It is not a private setting. On Sunday morning, to our dismay, a family comes into our backyard unannounced and started loading one of the boats during our ‘private’ breakfast in the tiki hut. During our last day, the owners were having workers service their boat and dock interrupting our ‘private’ pool activity. This is far from a "Coastal Tranquility Haven" and majorly overpriced. If you rent this property, we suggest you address the private access door issue between the owners quarters and the rest of the house.

I am very disappointed with your review. You had nothing but privacy the entire time, except for five minutes on a Saturday, and at the end of the week on Friday when we had scheduled a lift maintenance that takes months to get an appointment and it just happened to fall on your Time there. I communicated to you what was happening. I was nothing but lovely and extended your check out time. You were not bothered by noise. The secret pass-through door has three doors between you and the doors are locked. We don’t just live in a bedroom. It is an entire house. I am sorry you didn’t feel it was private not sure what you were doing but you definitely had privacy. We’ve had multiple people stay here and not one person felt that they didn’t have their privacy. Generally, we are out of town. This particular time we were not, I could tell from the time you got here that you were going to be a difficult guest. It is absolutely everything we say and more.

Enjoy your coffee under the tiki hut, sun for a bit on a lounge chair, jump on your boat for a quick afternoon snack, or get cozy by the water and enjoy the firepit while roasting smores. There's not much this property doesn't offer!
