Lovely little place

Place was great. Super clean and had everything you could need. Was like being at home, very comfortable and cozy.

Clean nearly 5 star apartment

Modern apartment that was very clean. Check in was easy. Off street parking was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Overall a quiet neighborhood unless the train went by, but that was fully disclosed in discription. Neighbors were quiet. Loved that we could bring our pup. Only a few minor things missing that would make it a 5--- if you intend to cook, bring your own cooking utensils, Keurig was nice but not enough K pods for our stay (drip coffee pot would be nice), advertised 1.5 baths but was missing the half bath (lol), We would definitely stay here again.

Nice getaway

Large apartment,2 bedrooms. Lots of closets, but no hangers! On the edge of town. Next to a train track. Nice kitchen appliances. No ice cube trays. Lots of windows, need black out curtains in bedrooms. Be careful with the hot water in the shower. We like to sweep before we leave, no broom. Only given 3 small bath towels.

I came up to watch my goddaughter graduate. It was 80 degrees inside majority of my stay. Night one (Thursday) owner said maintenance will be out next day. Then his truck broke down and they offered a partial refund for my trouble. By Sunday no one fixed the ac. Upon check out Mon I advised I vacated and asked when I can expect a partial refund offered. They said they were getting with their mgmt company. They never refunded me, stopped answering me and the last communication advised AC is not an offered amenity. Also they have no knives or cooking utensils. I left a knife I purchased. Don’t plan to cook either.

Short stay only

The host was very responsive any time I had to reach out, in which I did several times. I didn’t receive an initial email for door code for check in. I messaged host and she responded within a couple of minutes which was greatly appreciated. But then there was an issue with air conditioning which we had to have maintenance come out to fix. Although it was fixed and felt much better, the air didn’t really work properly the entire stay. I did have to message one more time about a small leak in ceiling in smaller bedroom when it was raining. Although they were little issues and inconveniences, all added up with the fact that there is hardly any kitchenware to cook with, the stay was not the greatest. This place would be fine for a short 1-2 day stay where you will be eating out for most if not all your meals rather than the week we needed. Even though our stay wasn’t 5 star, the host was very helpful and understanding.

Wasted Opportunity

It's a roomy apartment that has been updated, cutely decorated and the beds are comfortable. If you are looking for a place just to sleep, this can work. If you would like to cook a meal, look elsewhere. There is not one dish or pan that can be used in the oven, there are no kitchen utensils, 3 mismatched forks and knives, no teaspoons, no kitchen towels or clothes, a used sponge, one oven mit, no ice maker or ice trays and a missing kitchen cabinet drawer. There are five roomy closets, but not one hanger to hang clothes on or stand/rack to put your suitcase on so you will be living out of your suitcase on the floor. There was one ratty worn hand towel, 2 stained ratty wash clothes and 3 mediocre towels. This place could be a solid 8/10 if the owner bought kitchen utensils, some glasses other than plastic cups, a set of silverware, a pizza pan, cookie sheet, casserole dish and a few bucks for some nice towels, hand towels and wash clothes, and a hair dryer. All could be inexpensively purchased. I've stayed in many rentals, but never one that offered zero amenities such as this. A stern letter warns you to broom clean and leave all dishes, furniture, etc as it was, however, there is no broom or cleaning supplies to do that. Some of the light switches are very dirty. Others renters have shared similar feedback with no action. It's a shame as this could be a great place to stay with a little attention, thought and minimal expense.
