House Rules

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. No parties, tents, or events No smoking allowed—violations subject to a $500 fine (Need a nightcap? Downtown Ottawa’s bars and live music await.)

Pet Policy

This property allows up to two dogs (maximum 75 lbs. each). A $125 non-refundable pet deposit is required. Pets must be leashed while on property and crated if left unattended indoors. A $300 fine will apply for violations.
