Step through the front gate on South Oak Street and into the bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with Viking appliances, Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers, and a breakfast bar for two. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, and the inviting living space features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plush seating — perfect for gathering after a day outdoors.
There is a private patio complete with a firepit, BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a hot tub surrounded by mountain views.

Primary Suite (Mid-Level) – King bed, walk-in closet, chaise lounge, workspace, and spa-like ensuite bath with double sinks, freestanding soaking tub, and steam shower.
