This adorable, newly renovated condo unit in the middle of town is the perfect place to spend a few days in Fredericksburg! The location of this unit is unbeatable, just a few minutes drive from Main St. and conveniently located to everything Fredericksburg has to offer! Featuring a King bed (plus a Queen sleeper sofa!) this cozy unit sleeps a total of 4. Inside is a full kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee maker with all the necessities, and everything else you might need! The backyard is cozy and private, complete with plenty of seating and a private hot tub! Don't miss your chance to experience Fredericksburg in style at this picture-perfect suite!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Our stay was wonderful. Our place was exactly as described. Clean and easy to get to. Very comfy king size bed and excellent walk in shower. Washer dryer was a bonus. Everything was there in regard to supplies.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we could tell it was well cared for and felt almost brand new. The location was perfect—close enough to Main Street for convenience, yet tucked away so we could truly enjoy the peace and quiet. One thing that really stood out for me was the bed; I've stayed in plenty of places, but this was hands down the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on during a vacation. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the hot tub was the cherry on top. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back for another trip. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and clean. Fredericksburg is a lovely town and the place we stayed was super convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Second time staying - just as perfect as the first.

I was very happy to return to this great space. Great layout. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom is lovely (shower is ) and beds are very comfortable. Loved the outdoor space and made very good use of the washer and dryer. A little off the beaten path but was nice and quiet and was just what I needed. Thank you for another great week.

Relaxing

Everything was great, clean, and stocked w coffee.Had one little hiccup with the hot tub, turned it on to warm up, went out for the afternoon, upon time to use it found it off and cold.Someone had come into unit snap locked the tub cover and turned off. Could not figure out how to turn back On. So didn’t get to use the hot tub.

Amazing stay

My husband and I really enjoyed celebrating our 11 year anniversary here. The place was very cozy and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and patio every evening and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. Definitely will come back to this spot!

Condo very clean and quite. A very nice location. Very Convenient. Only issue would be a lack of any place to hang cloths. Seemed strange for a condo to not have a place to hang cloths when staying seven nights. There is a closet in bedroom but was padlocked shut.

Cozy and Comfy

This condo was perfect for our mommy/daughter getaway! Clean, comfy and cozy and we appreciated that coffee was provided! One thing we did miss was watching local TV network programming, like ABC, NBC and CBS. The TVs only have streaming apps and no way to watch regular TV shows like soap operas or local weather forecasts. We really loved that there were no cleanup chores required of us like there usually is when renting a place. Parking was abundant and we saw lots of deer near the condo, which is close to town and an easy drive. We also loved not needing a key to get it - just a simple push of code to lock and unlock the door! Thank you for a great stay!

Location was amazing very close to downtown. This was so clean and beautiful! The hot tub was an amazing addition and I will definitely be returning!

Worth more than the $$

Very rarely will I say that I got more than I paid for but this was the case with this VRBO rental. The space was well thought out, exceptionally clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and the full size kitchen was very nice. I enjoyed the private hot tub after a day of walking all over Fredericksburg. If there is anything I could complain about it would be the lack of a closet, but there are several hooks available to hang your clothing, just be sure to bring some hangers. A very nice stay and I felt we got a great bargain with the quality of the room.

Perfect retreat

Wonderful visit and a definite 12 out of 10 The location is perfect for a relaxing get away. The place was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the hot tub was so great. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful getaway spot.

Just as pictured!

The place is exactly like the pics! VERY clean and new. Cute decor. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was perfect. Easy check in and check out. Has coffee maker and there was some leftover Folgers to use so if that's not your taste, bring coffee with you!

Rise and Wine

Rise and Wine is everything it was promised to be! Cute,cozy and clean. Perfect for our long weekend, we brought food to cook and had no problems there. Close to town, wineries, and other attractions. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and in the hot tub. If your thinking of staying here don't hesitate.
