This year-round mountain haven is the perfect home base for any family looking to experience the splendor of New Hampshire's White Mountains. Tucked into an idyllic wooded enclave, the home showcases stunning foliage displays through the spring and summer months, pops of red and gold in the fall, and a snowy wonderland in the winter. A private deck, balcony, gas grill, and outdoor firepit welcome warm weather gatherings in the backyard. Please note that while a new hot tub has been added to the property, it is currently not available for guest use. It remains locked and inaccessible at this time. Fireplace and Pellet stove are NOT for guest use. Please do not use.
When you're not out exploring the sights, enjoy at-home entertainment with darts and a multi-use sports table that includes billiards, table hockey, and Ping-Pong. There are also smart TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. You won't have to travel far for family-friendly fun - Story Land is less than three miles away and Attitash and Cranmore mountain resorts are each within a six-mile radius. Tons of great food, drink, and shopping options abound throughout North Conway, Bartlett, and Jackson.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Front and rear of home
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
