This charming, updated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach home sleeps 12 and offers ocean views from every room. Thoughtfully decorated with tasteful coastal touches, Sea Charm puts you right on “island time.”

The property was as advertised. On the beach with its own walk over. The location is quiet and private. The place was furnished well and would have easily held more than the 3 adults we traveled with. Communication with the property manager was great and made for a great stay.

This was as close as you could get to the water. Steps right down onto the beach. Big deck with expansive views. Quiet area, with a little noise from the beach access on one side of the house.

Super spring getaway

This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as last year. Great location, with a house that punches well over its weight in space. We’ll be glad to return sooner than later.

Sea Charm is a charm!!

This is our 3rd trip to Sea Charm and it still doesn't disappoint!! We loved everything about it, the view is AMAZING!! There is nothing like being on the deck and listening to the waves, so peaceful!! What you see in the pictures is what you get! Sea Charm is definitely a charm, so glad we found this place!! We look forward to our next trip!

Beautiful View!

We had a great stay in Sea Charm! The check in was seamless. The house was spotless!! The baby gate and sound machine were a nice perk for us! We loved being able to take our dogs. The location is great! The view is beautiful!

Perfect get-away

This was a perfect location and perfect house for a relaxing getaway to the beach just as Summer came to an end. The house makes incredibly good use of space and had everything we needed.

Wonderfully Refreshing Retreat

House was perfect for us. Well kept, and had everything we needed to just show up and relax on the beach. Great location on the Topsail Island that has good proximity to restaurants and bars, and amazing access to some of the best parts of the beach, but still feeling relatively private. We’ll be returning for sure!

Great rental!

Location was great, steps away from the beach. Not a huge place yet plenty of sleeping and living room space. Top rack of dishwasher was broken when we were there but it still worked. Would be nice to have shade on deck facing beach. But otherwise really nice place!

Perfect beach house

This house was so great for our family, which includes seniors and toddlers. The biggest and most important thing is the direct beach access--no dune to climb--just stairs from the house. This makes it so easy to get to the beach for a short visit and then just go back into the house for snacks or drinks. The bedrooms were a good size, and the mattresses were comfortable. Instacart delivers, so that makes the first night easy. The house is better equipped than others we have stayed at, both in terms of kitchen items, as well as consumable items (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher soap, etc). The tvs are great and easy to use. The house has a good layout, one bedroom on the first floor, the other 3 on the second floor. 2.5 bathrooms, which is important when everyone needs a bathroom at the same time. We visited the nearby Karen Beasly Sea Turtle Hospital. which was so educational. Also, we were so lucky that the hospital did a release of 27 rehabilitated sea turtles while we were there, and we went down to the beach to watch, along with another 100+ people. It was very moving to see them go back to the ocean. Our one negative is the appliances are due for replacement. They are all usable, but are definitely on the older side. But that does not affect our 5 star rating, as they worked fine, if a little noisily. Overall, this was our favorite house we have stayed in on the Carolina coast.
