Fantastic place in a great location

This is a wonderful property and worked very well for our family of four. It is in a very convenient location. The owners are great and answer questions very quickly. We will certainly stay there again!

Perfect spot!

The place was exactly as described! Clean, in good condition, a great size (perfect for 4), offered options to spread out a bit with screened in porch, kitchen well stocked and ideal location - easy walk to small beach for evenings, can drop off (under 20 min walk) to go to larger beach (Glendon?) or drive under 10 Minutes to West Dennis. And easy access to places to run and bike (about mile to path) choice of restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream w nothing more than a 20 minute walk. Thanks for the stay!

Nice location close to shops and beach

If you are looking for a simple cottage that is close to the beach and shops- look no further. Simple, clean, and walking distance to ice cream and restaurant and the beach. The only drawback is no Air conditioning or washing machine/dryer- which could be a challenge if the weather was very muggy. The house has plenty of fans, though. Overall we loved the screened in porch and large backyard.

Cozy, quiet and great location….

We really enjoyed our stay, this beach cottage was a great fit for the 2 of us and we were able to work from home with no issue and access to WiFi. The weather was amazing, a few really warm days and we were thankful for all the fans available since there’s no central air, but overall it was manageable. The cottage is fully stocked with beach supplies, games for a backyard bbq, you name it it’s there and there’s plenty of room for family and kids to run around in the yard. Gar was a great host and very responsive, answering questions and keeping in contact when needed. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book again in the future!

Chase Street cottage

It’s pretty basic, small kitchenette well equiped. Its 3 star accomodations at most. No AC there are fans but they are pretty noisy. 2 bedrooms side by side paper thin walls so no pricacy. No kitchen table in the cottage, there is a table in the screened in porch . There are 4 stools in the kitchen where u can eat on the peninsula but not very comfy. OK for breakfast I guess. Large back yard with a propane BBQ. There’s a fire pit but u need to get permit from city and u need to buy ur own wood. Cottage is a fair walk to beach so you basically need to drive if u want to bring ur beach stuff. Parking is a rip off, they charge $30 per day, and you have to get your permit at city hall. Very inconvenient and expensive if you only stay 3-4 hrs on the beach daily which most people do. They dont have hourly rates. The hosts were great and very responsive. There are a lot of good places to eat within walking distance so thats a plus.

Thank you for renting from us and taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry your experience was not to your expectations. We try to make modifications based on feedback and will look into quieter fans. As for our accommodations, we are very transparent through the amenities description and pictures. We do not list A/C under amenities and our pictures show all dining area options. We also want to clarify some misinformation should you decide to visit the area again. All Dennis beaches stop charging after Labor Day so your second week should have been free. As for our fire pit, a permit is not required (not open burning for leaves). Daily fire permits are, however, required at certain beaches. We are always available to all of our renters for any questions/concerns by phone or through VRBO during their stay. Cute Cottage

Cute Cape Cod cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much. A bit of a "walk" to the beaches, but a short drive. Relatively quiet when we stayed (late September).

Perfect Cape Cod Rental Home

Very clean , comfortable and private home with perfect location to do everything and anything on the Cape. Walking distance to beaches in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. This has been my 4th visit to this location and always perfect. Will be back next year!

Relaxing and Clean property

We stayed here with our 2 kids. If your looking for a place that is relaxing, this is it. Great property with a bit of yard, just right for a small family. Very well maintained with cute decorative touches that make you feel at home. We hope to go back for sure

Cozy cottage with many amenities

This was our second time renting this cozy cottage. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Enjoyed the fire pit. Around the corner is a great ice cream shop and breakfast place. Very quiet at this time of year.

Cottage by the Sea

Very comfortable and quiet stay. Nice neighborhood to walk in and short walk to the beach. Ice cream around the corner. Centrally located to all the great places to visit on the Cape. The house is private and has everything you need if you want to cook meals. Nice yard with outside shower. Fire pit and deck with picnic table. Lovely screened in porch to relax in.

Quaint Cape Cod Cottage

Perfect size for 4 . Lovely setting and short walk to beaches. Private but not isolated. House very comfortable with fire pit,gas grill and outdoor shower. Enclosed porch with french doors to living room. Nice air flow and all new windows. Beds very comfortable. Will be renting again for sure.

Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Jack was very accommodating when there was a problem with our initial reservation. The cottage was cozy and had everything on hand to make our vacation comfortable. We especially enjoyed meals on the porch when it rained and evenings by the fire pit when it didn’t. We got to set up our telescope in the yard for great astrophotography on the few clear nights. Overall a wonderful place!

Great time!!

Great little place to stay, wonderful location! We loved every minute of our most recent trip to the Cape, the house was exactly as advertised. The yard was perfect for our 2 kids (the outdoor shower was a HUGE hit with them), I loved having my coffee on the screened in porch in the mornings! The location was perfect for us and we took advantage of Sundae school and Wee Packet more than once during our stay! The beach within walking distance is nice, but a bit small so we chose to drive down to West Dennis beach, 5 minute drive, and that was perfect for our family! Thank you to the owners for sharing this with us, we had a wonderful trip!

Everything we needed!

The cottage was perfect for our family of four. The kids had a blast running around the backyard and playing cornhole while we relaxed on the screened-in porch. The firepit was an added bonus! Walking distance to everything; Sundae School is right around the corner and the beach is just down the street. We appreciated the window fans, they really helped cool down the house on a few muggy days. The cottage was extremely clean. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would love to return. Thank you!
