Backing on to the reserve, you'll love your outdoor time with no rear neighbors and PRIVACY SCREENS fitted along the sides! Check out the SMART TV located directly on the pool deck under the lanai so no one ever misses a minute of the action. A Gas BBQ is provided free of charge! Sleeper sofa available in the den, as well as some baby equipment for your use.

Our home is equipped with an actively monitored alarm system for your use! Your unique door code will match the alarm system.

Kitchen features granite counters with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you’ll need for a great stay, including: cutlery (silverware) & plasticware for the pool deck, pots & pans and everything else you'll need to have a fantastic and comfortable vacation! Toaster, blender, coffee maker (drip coffee) and microware are provided. Island has additional seating for up to 4.

The dining room features a long table with spacious seating for at least 10 people.

The living room offers extra space opening up the floor plan, with comfortable seating on the sectional sofa and large flatscreen TV with cable and a BluRay Player! Pool access brings in lots of natural lighting and the ceiling fan to help keep everyone cool.

Right off the living room you’ll find the covered lanai and your private pool! Comfortable seating and dining space is provided with a SMART TV, a gas BBQ, and a few lounge chairs to help soak up the Florida sun! Enjoy your sunshine with the privacy screens provided on both sides and the beautiful natural forest on the back! The Custom String Lighting provides additional light and amazing ambiance for a late-night swim or BBQ! A safety fence is provided across the entire pool deck for the safety of the little ones! Door chimes are also available through our alarm system.


Upstairs you'll find the den with additional seating and another large, wall-mounted HDTV! Cable is included in this spacious setting. A sleeper sofa is available if extra space is needed!



Cable TV, high-speed wireless internet and local calls are provided free of charge! Access to the Resort, all amenities are included free of charge! (extra charge for arcade games, food & beverage, cabana rentals, attraction tickets, etc.)

Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. Pool also equipped a safety fence. Please DO NOT fully remove the safety fence provided on the pool deck. This is in place for your protection. To access the pool, simply remove a section of the fence to allow passage. Always replace and secure the fence when the pool or deck is not in use. Fence must be fully replaced upon check-out.

A washer & dryer are also provided.

Please Note:
A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter)

Pool heaters are typically set between 88F and 90F

*Pool disclaimer: No specific regular pool temperature can be guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (72 to 48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must replace the gas propane tank if needed.

Resort registration requires the name of each guest that will be on property. Clubhouse will issue bands only to those individuals for amenity access. This information will be requested after booking.

Parking is limited - home has 2 reserved spaces provided on the driveway and you can park additional vehicles on the street once you are not blocking Driveways or Fire Hydrants. Please do not park on marked spaces - they are reserved for specific homes/addresses.

No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.
