Guest Favorite! Luxury Downtown Townhouse

Brand new 2 BR/2.5 BA with a big bonus room! MB has a king bed and ensuite with double vanity and tile shower. 2nd room has a queen bed and ensuite.
Down in the basement, you can find designated office /perfect kids hang out bonus room with big desk and trundle bed with 2 twin size mattress. However, there is NO bathroom and NO window in the basement. Up to 6 people (max 4 adults) can stay comfortably.
Located downtown but quiet and peaceful! you can claim TLE!
The space
It is brand new and very stylish! I love traveling comfortably, and I would like to create the experience I want for my guests. My place is centrally located downtown but quiet and peaceful area by river and park where you can have a good rest.

Place is amazing. It’s very clean, quiet, and perfect location to get to anything you need while visiting. The hosts have made sure everything you need is there and so many little things you don’t think of, they have. Will stay here every time we visit Clarksville.

Family Trip

We loved staying in Kim's beautiful home. The decorations are chic and fun. The beds are very comfortable. I especially loved the sheets and quilts....very cozy. It is also VERY clean. The different coffees and snacks were a special treat. Kim was easy to communicate with and my family enjoyed our time at her home. You will enjoy staying here. :)

Amazing Home Away From Home

This townhouse was like a real home away from home! Centrally located, essy access to restaurants and shopping, along with very comfortable beds, bedding, furnishings, and linens, it was like bringing all of our favorite things with us on our trip! Since we were in the area to visit our soldier, it was great to know that the owners are active duty military. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This little townhome is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Beds were perfect. We travel to Clarksville regularly and can’t wait to stay again, hopefully for longer than a night next time! Highly recommend.

Warm and welcoming environment

This is a wonderful place to stay. The owner has made it warm, welcoming, and cozy. It was very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed everything about it. My only suggestion would be to leave more detailed instructions about the TV in the living room and bedrooms because they aren't typical but they are very nice. I loved the Frame TV and photos on the living room TV. I appreciated the small touches the owner made to give this unit an at-home feel. Loved it!

In town for concert

The property was pristine, beautiful, and in a great location. Very well stocked. Decorated beautifully. Kim is a superb host. She had a notebook on the bar that had everything in it that we needed to know. Very easy check-in. Great parking. I just can't say enough about this property. Beds were very comfortable. Pictures just don't do it justice. We stayed just one night for a concert and had to get back home the next day. Our only regret is that time didn't permit us to stay longer. I would love to have been able to spend several days here. It was so relaxing. Clarksville is a nice place to visit as well. I have stayed at many VRBO units over the years and I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Hello there! My name is Sunjoo Kim, originally from Seoul, Korea. My husband, Jeremy, is from Tennessee. We are active duty Army Musicians. I play the piano and Jeremy plays the trumpet. We have two beautiful and (sometimes) wonderful boys, and two dogs, Pyper and Kimbop. They are our little thief-phycho duo.
We love traveling! I have been stationed in Korea, Colorado, Hawaii, and now here in Clarksville TN. I have also lived in TX and NY, and travelled many countries. Over the years as we’ve gotten older, we were getting pickier and pickier about where we stayed. I found myself not being satisfied if my accommodations were not comfortable. So, I wanted to create a comfortable and pleasant travel experience for my guests.
We love craft beer, music, art, and food! I used many of my personal art selections to decorate my place so please enjoy!
