Enjoy a relaxing beach-inspired experience at this centrally located condo! Full sized sectional to cozy up on and watch TV, a full kitchen to make you feel at home and complimentary coffee bar! Two bedrooms with comfy queen beds and full bathrooms attached to each. Nice sitting areas in front and in back to relax on. Close to shopping, dining, I-24 and Tennova. Minutes to Beachaven Winery, 5 minutes to the mall, 20 minutes to downtown Clarksville and 50 minutes to Nashville!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean townhome. The coffee bar and extra bathroom supplies were much appreciated. I did have to buy a mixer but overall the house had everything we needed.

Host was super responsive, everything was very clean, well maintained and easy to navigate. I will say there is some noise from the highway (I slept right through it but it might bother others). The host was thoughtful enough to offer earplugs so that was a great touch but just mentioning it for those that might be light sleepers or would want noise machine or app handy. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

The host was nice and responded pretty quickly. The place was nice.. the mattress was pretty stiff but nothing i couldn’t get over. The silverware was really dirty i noticed but i washed every one by hand. i thought that was a bit off.. but other than that i had a great stay.

We had an excellent time staying at 'The Cottage' the property was easy to find and was nestled close to Beachaven Vineyards & Winery. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A short drive to the heart of Clarksville, it is one we will look to book again the next time we come to visit.

The Cottage was a great place to stay!! I came to visit my son at Fort Campbell. The Cottage was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location for the places I went.

Awesome Home/Host

The home was very, very clean! It had many items in the house to make staying there easy from the first minute (she supplied toilet tissue, paper towels, spices, cleaning items, etc.) The home is located close to many sites. The host is awesome and you can communicate directly with her if you need an answer quickly! I would suggest a dust pan be supplied. Some times I just needed to sweep a small area and did not want to pull out the stick vacuum. However, that was not that big of a deal. Truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Homecoming Weekend at Austin Peay

My husband and I came to Clarksville for a visit with friends and to attend the homecoming football game at Austin Peay. The property was exactly as shown. Easy self check-in. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The property is located near the main area for shopping and restaurants. The host provided everything we needed to make it a great weekend stay. This is a wonderful property. We would stay here again.

Very clean and great place to stay!

My wife and I recently stayed at this property in Clarksville and were very pleased. The kitchen was well-equipped, the place was well kept and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area, and visiting with our niece at Fort Campbell. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others visiting the area!

Property was located close to everything- traffic noise in master bedroom and outback was really loud- lamps in bedroom would be nice other than ceiling fan, also a full length mirror would be nice also, and a bottle opener like to open beer

Cottage Stay

What a wonderful property. It was incredibly welcoming. The coffee bar was well stocked, as well as the kitchen. There were many spices and condiments to choose. The bedrooms were spotless and beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a nice surprise, even though we didn’t need them. The 2.5 bathrooms were wonderful. It was nice not having to run upstairs every time nature called.
