This property is steps away from the beautiful Mullins beach and the famous Sea Shed Restaurant where you can experience water front dining. Wonderful stay in Mullins

The property is clean with a good view of the ocean from second floor balcony. Beautiful rooftop pool with sitting area and view. Walking distance to Mullins beach, Gibbs beach and Thunder Bay beach and amazing restaurants Larry Rogers and Sea Shed. Best for an adult group.

Short walk to Mullins beach and restaurants. Very safe,well equipped.

Spacious flat on first floor in a gated group with nighttime security guard. 3 min walk to Mullins beach across the road. Several restaurants within walking distance , mainly high end ( Sea Shed, Larry Rogers) but food/ rum shack on beach. Bombas restaurant a few minutes away. Useful 24 hr garage shop for essentials 3 mins walk. Well maintained apartment, lovely terrace and small pool on roof. Buses stop nearby. Host very helpful. Nice quiet West Coast hideaway.

Fabulous stay

We are 2 adults and 2 children (age 14 & 10). The property was spotlessly clean, spacious and practical. There were plenty of towels and linen. Washing machine and dryer was great as we could wash beach towels. Fridge/freezer/oven/hob/kettle/toaster - aswell as handy things - foil, cling film, sponges, salt, pepper!!! The welcome pack was a lovely surprise too. Nothing was too much trouble for the few questions we did have. The location was excellent and beacon hills felt very secure. We will recommend the property to friends. We look forward to a stay in the future. Carrie & Family

Amazing 10 night stay in Mullins

We had a fantastic stay in Mullins - the location was perfect, and the apartment was spacious with comfortable beds. Communication with the host was good, and the house keeper did a great job.However, one issue stood out: we were initially told that the washing machine was broken, and instead, the housekeeper would do one laundry load for us. During our stay, we returned to the apartment to find our clothes being washed and dried by the housekeeper, only to realise that the machine wasn’t in fact broken but simply locked away from guest use.Additionally, we were frequently reminded to turn off the air conditioning, lights, and keep doors shut, which made it clear that energy use was being closely monitored. While we understand the need for conservation, having access to the washing machine would have been extremely helpful, especially after days at the beach, and considering the amount we paid for our stay. Typically, this is one of the key advantages of staying in an apartment over a hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but full access to the amenities advertised would have made it even better.

Great property, great property management but not as listed

This property was great in so many ways. The property manager was great. She helped us with transportation from the airport and was responsive to our needs. The property overall was comfortable and enjoyable. However, I have one complaint and for me, it was a big one. The listing included washer and dryer as an amenity, but during our stay, the washer and dryer were locked up. Apparently, the owner has decided that they do not want to permit renters to use them. This was especially frustrating when one of the air conditioners malfunctioned and flooded the floor. We soakd up the water with the beach towels and then had to wait until the housekeeper came three days later to wash them. The property manager reached out to the owner on our behalf but the owner was determined to keep the washer and dryer unavailable.I cant give this location a recommendation, knowing that the owner has decided to remove such an important amenity without any notice or recompense.
