Hi Robert! Thanks for the review. Actually, there are two strainers in the lower corner Lazy Susan cabinet. And the sofa has a middle backrest console that pulls down if you need cup holders, as mentioned in my Welcome Book. Sorry you missed that. We do have a new sectional sofa being delivered in August and there will be a tray on the ottoman for drinks, etc. Also, thanks for mentioning that we have plenty of fans in addition to the AC to keep the air circulating so the place stays comfortable! Thanks again for staying and hope you come back in the future.

Thanks, Sheila! I am happy to say we are installing AC at the end of this summer, 2023! Even though it is rarely needed, plus the nights usually cool off, it seems we are getting more and more days where it is! Hope you come back next summer!

Linda, sorry you had some complaints about the property. You said the pictures were deceptive regarding the lake view and that the yard is narrow, but if you look at the website photos, it clearly shows the huge yard leading to the lake and the boathouse (not garage) near the lake. We do try to keep the beach on the south side of the dock graded, as you can see in your pic showing the neighbor’s house, but at least the weeds are not near or in the water. I didn’t realize the weeds on the other side of the dock have grown up so much and will get that taken care of. Our dock is extremely long and I did tell you the last section is wobbly, that’s why it is roped off. I did forget to mention that the footrests on the recliner sofa are hard to get back down once you pop them up. Otherwise, the sofa is very comfortable. A new sectional sofa is coming at the end of August. I wish you would’ve mentioned the toilet seat being wobbly/broken during your stay. After I read your review, I had my neighbor go over and check it and he said it was fine, so not sure what your complaint was. Otherwise, thanks for mentioning that the house is beautiful!
