When you arrive at the neighborhood gate the keypad to enter code is by the walkthrough access gate to the right. Enter the code and the gate will open. When you enter the home we have provided one keyless phob for the gate so you don`t have to enter code. When you exit the neighborhood the gate will open automatically open.
PARKING: Community Lot, 2 vehicles max per HOA, with first come, first serve street parking just steps away located along the right of the neighborhood entrance.
**All TVs have YouTube TV for your enjoyment. Login information and password will be provided prior to your arrival**
**1 dog allowed. NO CATS**
**A beach wagon is provided for your use during your stay.**
- Park in the driveway or the extra visitor parking spots that are marked. MUST place parking pass on dash if parked in the visitor parking spots. HOA may tow if vehicles don`t have parking pass to identify them.
- Quiet Hours 9 PM to 8 AM. Additional fees may be imposed for non compliance.
- No smoking or Vaping
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- NOTE: The kitchen and living space are located on the second floor and require stairs to access
