Lugar del Golfo recientemente remodelado, Luxury Town Home, Se aceptan mascotas

Caminar en y sentirse como en casa en esta casa de pueblo de lujo recientemente renovado en un hermoso lugar del Golfo. Paso por la puerta de atrás a la gran piscina o instalaciones de tenis. La casa tiene una gran sala de estar, comedor, cocina y dormitorio tamaño queen todas ellas situadas en el primer piso. Arriba tiene una gran suite principal con cama king y baño grande con porche privado con vistas a la piscina, segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king y baño privado. Hay un paquete n juego para los niños más pequeños (que se encuentra en el armario principal)

Un porche para las noches de verano se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar y vistas a la piscina de la laguna grande (una de las tres piscinas en el complejo). . Sofá en salón tiene un rollo muy cómoda cama supletoria (cama de matrimonio) de espacio adicional para dormir.

La casa está decorada profesionalmente con sofás y sillones. Hay pantalla plana T. V 's en el salón y dormitorio principal, otro T. V. en el segundo dormitorio principal. Todo de T. V con reproductor de DVD también. Un montón de juegos para la familia y los libros en el salón. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para las comidas familiares. Hay 5 a 6 sillas de playa, 2 sombrillas de playa y surtido de juguetes de playa, que se encuentra en el pórtico pantalla.

Dentro de la comunidad encantadora lugar del Golfo, se pueden visitar las tiendas de ropa, comer en los restaurantes o relajarse en Miss Lucille Internet Cafe. También están caminando y ciclismo, petanca, conciertos en el green cada fin de semana y tres playa escriturada accesos.

Venga a relajarse y no tener que mover el coche. Sin embargo es posible que desee visitar el mayor centro comercial de venta en los EE.UU. sólo seis millas al oeste. Baytowne Wharf está a sólo cinco kilómetros de distancia - y Destin diez millas al oeste. Hay tanto que hacer y esperamos contar con usted permanezca con nosotros.

Fantastic rental location, huge pool steps from the back door. Moments away fro Pickle ball courts, dining, shopping and walks on the beach. The townhome was well stocked, clean and spacious. A wonderful last minute getaway spot that didn’t disappoint. Thank you Sherry, we will be back!!!!!

loved hosting this lovely group for their wedding. Gulf Place is a special place for all occasions. So much to offer with 3 pools, tennis courts and pickleball come down and just enjoy. Beach a short 5-minute walk.

It was a joy to have Vanessa and her lovely family stay at my home... Gulf Place is the ideal place for families as there is so much to do without moving your car. We all the amenities of 3 pools, tennis courts, shuffle board and large open spaces for those football games and frisbee throws you can just let the kids have their own time and space. With private 3 deeded beach accesses it allows you to get away from the crowds and enjoy family time. Looking forward to having Vanessa and family next summer

All the comforts of home but close to the beach

This home was perfect for our family of four with two teen girls. Everyone got their own space which is key for a good vacation for us. The place was clean and just felt like home. It was a short walk to the beach that was fairly quiet even for spring break time. We would defineltly stay here again.

it is wonderful to have my repeat guests. I try to Suprise them with something new or updated so they will have a great visit. Gulf place and our home is the perfect place, the home sits right on the lagoon pool and only 5 min. walk to the gulf. Also you park right in front of home and have reserved spaces just for the home. So much to do with restaurants, shops and summer concerts.. Come join us along the coast and experience all 30-A has to offer.

Great place to stay

This unit was perfect for our family. It is within walking distance to the beach, shops and dining. The unit is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely return. I would highly recommend.

I see now why so many reviewers have stayed multiple times. The walk to the beach and all of the restaurants is a short 5 min walk. Gulf place has just enough restaurants and shops for everything you need without being overcrowded. It was a short 15 min drive to seaside if you are looking for more. The beach was private. The property overlooks the pool and the tennis/ pickleball courts are right beside the unit. You can’t ask for a better location. The unit was very clean and anything we could think of was provided. The checkout process was very easy, and the owner was very accommodating. We had an issue with the AC and she had someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. We also brought our dogs and there were so many trails to walk them. The whole property is very pet friendly. We will be staying again next year.

Visit any of the 3 pools, play tennis, shuffleboard, corn hole or just enjoy the large open fields and enjoy a game of football or soccer with the family. Two years later I purchased the townhome and have loved traveling down for a couple of months a year and sharing with many new guest. With 3 pools, tennis courts, shops, dining and so much to do without leaving the complex makes Gulf Place your perfect destination. The beach is only steps away and you will never miss a sunset. The Outlet Mall is only 3 miles and Destin Commons (large shopping center) is only 5 miles away. You can visit Destin Harbor, rent a boat or just enjoy the shopping in Destin. 30-A is known for some of the best restaurants in the area, dining is always a treat as most places have nightly music and entertainment. There is a bike trail that extends the entire 18 miles of 30-A and you will always find bikers and walkers along the trails. 30-A is an experience and we look forward to having you experience the many aspects in our area. You will be delighted with our beach, community and relaxing atmosphere.
