Villa Byzance is a 2-bedroom villa located in Colombier within minutes of the beach and shopping. This private villa offers views of the ocean and nearby islands. This villa is decorated primarily with white and dark gray fabrics. Large, arched windows allow the natural light to stream into the living spaces, creating a serene environment. The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms are located on either side of the kitchen and living area, offering maximum privacy. Each bedroom has a platform king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and views. The master bedroom has light and dark gray curtains, as well as a sauna in the bathroom. Steps lead down to a sunken sitting area, which also serves as the main living room and opens to the wooden terrace surrounding the pool. The house also comes with daily continental breakfast, WiFi and high-speed Internet, a gas grill and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Byzance comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
