This villa typically has a 7-night minimum during the high season and a 14-night minimum during the festive season.

Villa Prestige is a 3-bedroom conveniently located in Gustavia offering sunset views, shops and restaurants and Shell beach within walking distance. Guests can enjoy the coming and going of the yachts as well as nightly sunsets and St. Maarten on the horizon. There is an enormous air-conditioned living room area that features several different areas to gather together and relax. A separate dining area is in the back of the room, but on a slightly higher level in order to enjoy the views. Ample seating on two large, sectional sofas around the entertainment center with French Satellite TV are on the front row. A new, modern kitchen with a small breakfast bar completes the main room. The heart of the villa is the generous outdoor space with the large infinity pool. The terrace offers plenty of privacy, allowing guests to lounge all day in the sun, cooled by the natural breeze. The three bedrooms are aligned next to the terrace. The first bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a European king sized bed. The other two rooms have a European king bed. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as TV with French satellite and a DVD player. Villa Prestige comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
