Welcome to your comfortable home-away-from-home! This centrally located 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for families in need of a temporary stay. Whether you're relocating, visiting family, traveling professional/nurse, or in between home purchases, this fully furnished property provides the space and amenities to help you settle in with ease.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and open living area with cozy furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, and a dedicated dining space for gathering together. The primary suite features a private bathroom and generous closet space, while the two additional bedrooms are perfect for kids, guests, or even a home office setup.
Outside, enjoy a private backyard and quiet neighborhood that’s close to schools, shopping, parks, and major roadways—making commutes and errands a breeze. Amazing Location...10-mile drive to our beautiful white sand beaches in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach via the Foley Beach Express.

Whether you're staying for a month or several, this home is move-in ready and waiting to make your transition as smooth as possible.
Our home features spacious and comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, two adult-sized bunk bed sets in the third bedroom, and a kid-sized bunk bed in the bonus room. The living room also has a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space. In total, the house can accommodate up to 12 people.
Enjoy the luxury of two full bathrooms – the master bathroom features a standing shower stall, soaking tub, and a double-sink vanity, while the hall bathroom has a standard shower/tub combo and a single-sink vanity. We provide two rolls of starter toilet paper and six sets of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and makeup towels per bathroom.
We love kids, and our home is equipped with kid-friendly amenities like a high chair, pack-n-play crib, and a fun bunk bed playhouse with a slide. Every room is equipped with a large 55” smart TV, and the living room features a huge 65” smart TV for streaming your favorite sports, movies, and TV shows with fast-speed fiber internet.
Cook up delicious meals in our fully stocked kitchen, which includes all necessary major appliances, a microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, and mini-waffle maker. We also have a complimentary coffee bar stocked with starter coffee, tea, and snacks.
Enjoy the quiet and private backyard patio with a flat-top Blackstone gas BBQ grill, and take advantage of our extra amenities, including beach chairs and gear located in the garage.
Pets: We allow up to a 2 dogs, max up to 2 and 30 lbs. We require notice of pets during the booking process! Additional pet fee is required.
The property is managed by RPM Rentals, with the property manager living next door and available to respond quickly to any emergency situations or issues. The Kennedy Park neighborhood is quiet and lined with shady palm trees, and our home backs up to green space. The friendly neighbors and safe environment make this a great place for kids to ride bikes and for dog walking.... so Please drive slowly in the neighborhood!
Damage Protection - Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $125 "damage/management fee" that covers up to $2,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway and garage. No street or grass parking, trailers, or heavy equipment are allowed per HOA community rules.
Please note that we have an exterior Ring camera for security purposes and to monitor occupancy and adherence to house rules. To disable or obscure the camera is prohibited.
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 staying at the property must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Age must be verification is required to book the property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by the community good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the home or in garage. Extra cleaning fees will be applied for smoking inside the house.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. No large gatherings or parties allowed. Any parties will be grounds for immediate cancellation and eviction from the house, and no refund.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and/or linen and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
