4 large king bedrooms, and 1 large bunk-room that sleeps 6 and a large loft above the living-room with 2 beds and 2 pullout futon couches. All modern amenities.

Huge dock and lakefront with canoes, floats and beach chairs on site.

Kitchen had items shoved in dirty drawers. Kitchen was not supplied with hand towels. Heat did not work for two days. TV in Master bedroom had a cracked screen and remote did not work. Dock had boards missing. Overall size of house accommodated our family, but the house needs work, furniture was dirty and blackstone and charcoal grill grate was rusted. Very disappointed in condition of house.

Great Family / Large group House

Very comfortable home with plenty of room. Easy check in and checkout. Great location right on Lake Bradford.Great Kitchen, Living area. Pool needed cleaning and gas grill was non operable. Would recommend home for large family and group.

Great family time!!!

We loved the spacious house! Sitting outside was beautiful and the girls loved the tree swing! The pool water was like a fresh spring, even during this hot weather. That was a pleasant surprise!!

Ideal Lakehouse

This is a phenomenal property and we are thrilled to have found it. The home has beautiful views and is very spacious. It sits on several acres with a nice dock. The host was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back.

Football Weekend

This property is a must if you are visiting Tallahassee. We had 15 in our group from children to adults. All slept comfortably. Plenty of space. Clean and welcoming. View of Lake Bradford was beautiful. Minutes from FSU. Just an all round fantastic stay. Will stay again and highly recommend. Owner was so nice and responsive.

Perfect for big family!

We had extended family gathered together for an FSU game for homecoming weekend. The home is beautiful, spacious and clean. Quiet street and very convenient location. Plenty of sleeping spaces available. The backyard is beautiful. Kids loved fishing off the dock. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend this home.

More than expected!

From the moment we booked through checkout, our expectations were exceeded. During our stay, we hosted a small family reunion, and this was an ideal place. The home is just as pictured, and there is something for everyone. It is expansive with plenty of private spaces for several families to relax or to come together as a group in the common areas. The yard and the views of the lake were stunning. We rented the wave runners as an addition to the property, and they made the day! The teens spent the day taking their cousins on rides, and of course the adults enjoyed them too. Everyone is still talking about how much fun it was! The host was super responsive to questions we had, flexible with our needs, and made it very easy to want to stay longer. This is definitely a repeater!

Dirty and Poorly Maintained—A Big Disappointment

Our experience at this property was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the house was dirty. The refrigerator and freezer were full of old food, emitting a strong smell of dead fish. With other family members on their way, we had no choice but to clean the kitchen ourselves, as finding an alternative property last minute was impossible. The stovetop, ovens, and appliances were coated in a thick layer of baked-on grease, suggesting they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.The garbage cans were overflowing and smelly, leaving us with nowhere to dispose of the trash we removed from the house. We had to wash every shelf and drawer in the refrigerator before we could store our food. The furnishings appeared neglected, with very dirty chairs in the family room. Clutter was everywhere, including an old swing on the porch filled with junk and moldy boxes that once housed light fixtures.The pool and surrounding porch were filthy, with a thick coat of dust on all the chairs. Despite the beautiful setting, the property requires deep cleaning and attention to detail to match the description in the listing.The owner was sluggish in responding to our concerns. He promised a rebate for our cleaning efforts but did not send a crew to address the issues, and we have yet to receive any rebate.Unless you plan to camp on the beautiful grounds or don’t mind staying in a poorly maintained and dirty property, avoid this one. It falls far short what the listing promises.

This home was the perfect location for our sorority group to rent for FSU homecoming weekend. 15 of us were able to enjoy this beautiful home/property with ample sleeping! The kitchen allowed for gathering and the back dock was the perfect place for coffee in the morning. Bill was really great to deal with and we loved our stay! Thank you so much and we can’t wait to come again next year!
