Beautiful home!

We stayed for a weekend. Beautiful home inside and out. Great little outdoor area in the back. We loved the shower! Great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well equipped rental.

We loved staying at this rental. There was everything possible that you could need there. Close to all the different attractions and restaurants. The cutest, nicest outdoor sitting area and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. As I said everything was wonderful.

Host was friendly and inviting. Location was great lots in the area to dining, shopping, groceries, etc. property was clean and organized. The backyard is relaxing. Definitely recommend and would book again if ever in Charlotte.

Attention to Detail is an understatement

Perfect for events in Concord! This host left no detail to chance! The property is extremely clean and well cared for! Very easy to get to and from and its two master bedrooms make it perfect for two traveling couples. We will book this property again! Everything is as described or better.

Very nice property!

It was a very nice stay. Everything was so nice and clean. The outdoor area is why I booked it and it didn’t disappoint. Only thing was it didn’t have a regular coffee pot. But it does now….lol. I got one and left it for them. Would definitely book again.

Great Stay!

Cute house, very roomy. Check in was very easy and house seemed newly remodeled and it was immaculate! One of the cleanest houses we have rented. Very comfortable beds and nice size TVs in living room and bedroom. Shower in front bedroom was amazing- best shower ever! Didn’t use the outside much bc it was freezing outside but it was very cute. Quiet neighborhood and close to where we needed to go. Definitely a good pick.

Disappointed.

I specifically booked this location because of the listed hot tub. However when I arrived the hot tub was set to max out at warm at best and the jets didn’t turn on. I contacted the host about this and they were unable to fix the jets and told me a technician would come by the next day. I don’t think a technician even ever actually came because the issue was never resolved. When I contacted the host about possible getting some money back because I was unable to use this critical amenity she just ghosted me. Overall a cute house, a lovely kitchen, and high quality showers. But this interaction and the absence of the reason I booked this house really ruined my experience.

Wonderful property!

A friend and I rented this place and we had a wonderful and relaxing time. We were very surprised when we pulled in and saw the house at first. We couldn't believe how spacious it was! From the outside it does look really small, but first appearances are deceiving. This is my third booking through VRBO and this actually was my favorite booking! This home is so comforting! It is EXTREMELY clean and obviously well maintained. My only "complaint" was that the hot tub was not functioning during our visit. However, it was completely our fault for not reporting it when we first arrived. We went to use the hot tub on our last night and when we discovered it wasn't working properly, it was at a time where we did not want to disturb the owner. It was completely our fault, as we should have checked it when we first arrived. That, however, does not impact the rating of this property. I will DEFINITELY book this property in the future. Upon check out, the owner reached out to me and I informed her about the hot tub and she was very apologetic. The owner is very quick to respond. I would say, this was a learning experience. The owner clearly states to inspect the property upon arrival and contact her if there are any concerns and issues. It was our fault we did not do that. Had we done that, I feel it would have been resolved immediately. Thank you, to the owner for being a wonderful host and having such a wonderful home to relax in! I will definitely book again!
