Loved the pool outdoor areas! Property manager was very responsive.

We had a family vacation with 6 adults and two toddlers. Beautiful area, well furnished, comfortable, clean, easy ingress egress. It accommodated our family very well. Loved the area!

Living space was fantastic. Hot tub was a great addition. Contact (Linda) could not have been better or more responsive to my texts. I would absolutely rent this place again if coming up to Long Island again. Thank you for provided a great home for a couple days.

Good family gathering house

Family and friends get-to-gether week - we so enjoyed the great space with extra roomy living/tv room, lots of bedrooms, easy walkout to the large deck (including canopied seating area) and lovely pool.

Beautiful & comfortable home

I celebrated my birthday with a group of 8 friends (38-45 years old). The house had large rooms and bathrooms. It is beautiful, spacious and clean indoors and outside. Chic and comfortable with amenities and Wi-Fi. It is close to vineyards, beach and Tates bakery! The owner responds very quickly and was a gracious and kind host!

The weather was warm and sunny, the restaurants amazing, the public beach was accessible and the home we rented for a week was all that we wanted. The outdoor shower was our favorite part of the house, but the five bedrooms, large family room and open kitchen also made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. All questions and issues we had were taken care of quickly via text; we would stay there again.Thanks for a fun family vacay!

Girls trip

Overall nice stay at this home. The upstairs is better than the pictures and is updated. The pool is a great touch. The downstairs does need some updates but we had minimal issues. The one thing to note is that the door didn’t close in the downstairs bedroom leading outside so we had to get the manager to come and fix it. The house was pretty clean upon arrival but there were areas of dust hair etc that were missed I am guessing from the previous group. Additionally upon check out we received a slew of questions about our stay such as the number of guests that were clearly outlined in the contract and about additional bed linens we used because it was cold at night from the property manager - never had that experience before with a listing so was a bit frustrating to deal with. Overall would recommend though if you are looking for a landing base in the Hamptons.

Great house for group

We really enjoyed our stay. The big tables and living room were great for our large group. The first floor has the living room, kitchen with large table, 1 bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and laundry. Please note that the photo with a king bed and a twin is not accurate- the king bed has a couch, not a twin bed, in it. We had expected another bed so this was disappointing. You are a few minutes drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Pool and patio were great. Property manager communicated really well and answered all of our questions.

This property appears exactly as listed and is close to Southampton. The one thing I found a little odd is that the property manager is around A LOT (I think she lives next door?). It was fine for our group but a bit invasive.

Multiple family vacation

We had a great time in south Hampton this summer. The house was well located - a short drive to multiple beaches, the town of south hampton, and other towns, as well as great restaurants. We were for most of the nights a group of 4 families with 8 children - and going to the beach early in the day and coming home to use the pool in the afternoon was perfect. There is a yard and a pool and the kids even enjoyed the hot tub, so plenty to do there. The indoor dining table was big as was the outdoor one on the deck. There is a small outdoor lounge area that was great for the adults to relax on after the kids were in bed. The upstairs living room space is big and open. The kitchen is small, but we didn’t cook any big meals aside from grilling and breakfast at home so it was perfect for what we needed. The outdoor shower was wonderful and charming with ivy growing all around. It is nestled within a neighborhood so if you are planning on being outside and loud late, you really can’t be. I thought the property manager was great. She gave us some good recommendations for the week. She did meet me at the start of the vacation and like other reviewers said went over all the rules of the home which are similar to other houses we rented, so I didn’t mind being walked through and told what to expect for the week. She was responsive to my questions. The only complaint I had was a bees nest we found in the backyard on a tree and she found someone to come and take care of it ASAP when I let her know and was very apologetic about it.

Great house near a beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful backyard/deck area. We enjoyed the pool and even the firepit area in the wooded area behind the pool. There was enough sleeping areas for our family for all 3 couples and each of the 4 kids to have their own space. At the time we were there it had only 2 1/2 baths but could see that the 1/2 bath was under construction so perhaps a shower was being made. There was ample sitting areas in the den and the outdoor dining area as well as the indoor dining area could accommodate many people. The manager was helpful to us in finding a babysitter and recommending a family beach. The view is of wooded areas and even though it is in a neighborhood it feels private because of the vegetation.

Great family vacation

Reviewer Comments: The house is great for a family vacation: good space and common areas. The pool was perfect for hot afternoons and the porch is lovely for board games and barbecue. The air conditioning didn’t seem as forceful as we would like but we were there the hottest week of summer. The property manager seemed overwhelmed when we came in and was very insistent on parking and garbage regulations and requirements in a way that seemed to anticipate bad intentions on our part which was offputting. That being said we had a very good stay and I would recommend this property to either a group of adults or a family.

First off, Virginia and Debbie did a great job of coordinating our booking and being available to answer any questions we had. Second off, Linda was really warm and welcoming, and was really helpful in making sure we were completely comfortable in the house. The house itself was in great condition, and a lot more spacious and sunny than the pictures show. It was very clean and had all of the essentials (towels, coffeemaker, etc.). The pool and hot tub were amazing and well-maintained. The large spaces in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck were perfect for our group of 11. The house was very close to Coopers Beach and local restaurants (as well as grocery/shops). I would definitely book again, and would recommend!!

Fun Weekend Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful time. Pros- the beds in the house might be the most comfortable beds ever! Super cozy. Tons of room, not one of those houses that claims a number of bedrooms then you show up and there’s a bedroom off the kitchen. The pool is beautiful very secluded and the location is excellent making everything easy. Cons- the property manager greeted us to go over the rules and I felt a bit offended. The comments/way she explained things made it feel like we had already done something wrong so we felt a bit like we were walking on eggshells throughout the weekend after our pep talk. Bring your own towels and blender/kitchen stuff. Stuff in the kitchen is very outdated and not stuff I would use. Overall tho we had a great time!

A huge home perfect in all seasons!

Stayed here a few months ago and my whole family didn't want to leave. I rented the house next door back in June and came back again to this house with my family (same home owner for both houses, if you need to rent a few houses!). We had an awesome time. It was a great visit because the house is really perfect for a family. There's so much room so you're not on top of each other but still close enough to have a great time as a family. My grandkids loved staying out here. The beaches are so close only about a 3 minute drive (perfect for the summer) and there are so many family friendly restaurants in the area. We loved that the house was close to everything. Only 10 minutes to the vineyards, and Montauk is close too. We also made the most of our trip and went into the city to see a broadway show. We got there in an hour on the train, it was very convenient. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you to the homeowners for working with me twice now! You're the best!

A Huge and Comfortable Home!

I rented this home for my family last summer and everyone had an amazing time! We rented two houses next door to each other, because the owner owns both. My husband and I stayed in a different house than our family and it was perfect! Althoug both houses are next to each other they are secluded and it really feels peaceful in both homes (which is what we wanted.. ;)) This house is very close to Coopers Beach, which is a big reason we booked these homes. We were able to spend a week here and never ran out of things to do. It was also very convenient to be so close to town, only a 3 minute drive. We went out to each often and could run to get groceries in only a few minutes. We definitely recommend this home for a big family like ours. You will not be diasappointed!
