Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this spacious ~1900 sqft cabin is an idyllic haven for families and golf enthusiasts alike. With 4 cozy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a private upstairs suite, there's ample space for everyone to unwind comfortably after a day of adventures.



Conveniently located just a short stroll away (approximately half a mile) from Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park, nature lovers will delight in easy access to outdoor activities and scenic trails. Plus, with downtown McCall and Legacy Beach merely over a mile away, you're never far from the heart of the action.

Guest Access:

As our guests, you'll have full access to the entire cabin, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully stocked and equipped kitchen, spacious deck for entertaining, fenced sideyard, and a two car garage.



We want you to feel right at home during your stay with us, and we believe that having access to the entire house is the best way to make that happen. So sit back, relax, and make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect with close access to all of McCall's best amenities. Enjoy walking out the back deck to play golf at the McCall Golf Course or hitting Ponderosa State Park just across the street. Downtown McCall is just a short drive, walk or quick bike ride away, offering shopping, dining, and recreation options. For those looking to enjoy the water, Legacy Park, Mile High Marina, and Davis Beach are all less than five minutes away. Guests can also head five minutes east to Little Payette Lake for fishing. The nearby Ponderosa State Park is a great destination for biking and hiking, with amazing trails and beautiful views of the lake. Local wildlife can be observed and photographed, and guests are encouraged to take a leisurely tour around the lake.



The cabin also offers a perfect retreat for winter enthusiasts as well. Guests can cozy up next to the large wood burning stove to stay warm and toasty after a day of skiing, boarding, or snowmobiling. There's a plowed walking path on the golf course just outside the back door for easy access. Downhill skiing or snowboarding can be enjoyed at Brundage Mountain or Tamarack Mountain.



Nordic skiers can explore the 12 miles of trails at nearby Ponderosa State Park or head to the Bear Basin trail system less than five minutes east of downtown. Snowmobile access to the backcountry is just minutes away, or guests can sled to Burgdorf Hot Springs for an afternoon of soaking and relaxation. During Winter Carnival, guests will find the cabin's location is perfect - close enough to be part of the action and far enough away to enjoy a peaceful setting when they are done celebrating.



Getting Around:

Our two car garage can accommodate most all standard cars and pickups (it can fit two standard sized Toyota Tundra's). The driveway can also accommodate an additional 2-3 other vehicles, trailers or UTV's, making it easy for you and your guests to park right in front of the house.



We are also excited to provide 4 cruiser bikes available to use with your stay (locks included).
