The Grand Polo Estate is a private oasis located on 5 beautiful acres, offering 2 par 3 golf holes, a 1,600 sq ft pool, a beach volleyball court, Pickleball court, Putting Green, extensive entertaining areas, and a grassy expanse. All amenities are free and available to our guests. It is just 1 mile from where Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip are held.
The designer compound sleeps 30, with 14 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, open great room and a large game room.

Compound also includes 2 detached Casitas with a private entrance and full kitchen and 3 Hotel Style bedrooms.
The compound has been professionally decorated and well suited to accommodate private/exclusive groups.

Pool and Spa heating, if desired, 250$ per day, and we set it at 84 F.
Spa heating only, 35$ per day.

8 car limit.
No more guests than initially communicated to manager.

*Music allowed outdoors with our Sonos System and with our portable blue tooth speaker only. After 9:55 pm no music allowed outdoors.

We Would Definitely Go Back.

This was the perfect location for our crew to get together, relax, and unwind from their busy schedules. The location was perfect for us and was exactly as the listing described. The hosts were very attentive and made sure that we were always comfortable. Having all of the activities (Pickleball, Volleyball, Swimming, etc.) kept everyone entertained. We would definitely go back in the future.

Extraordinary

An extraordinary house in which I was lucky enough to stay with my friends! In addition to having all the amenities, we were able to take advantage of the golf course and volleyball court, as we are avid sports fans! The place looked great at sunset, with the sun reflecting off the little lake! It was awesome! On the other hand, the host was very nice and always ready to answer our questions and wishes very quickly.

Exceeded our expectations

My stay at the Grand Polo Estate exceeded all expectations. I was seeking a property with outdoor entertainment and could not have imagined a more beautiful and luxurious space. The expansive outdoor area is even more stunning in person. It was so fun to have a pickleball court right on the property. We particularly enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi and cabana bar area, which are equally impressive at night alongside the fire pits. There is an elegant and rustic/natural aesthetic in the interior of the home and it felt both luxurious and cozy inside. Jesús and Hector were exceptionally kind and professional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attentive hospitality and preparation for our stay created a seamless, relaxing experience for us.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!

From start to finish, the Grand Polo Estate was amazing. We wanted a big enough place for all three of our families could celebrate the graduation of our kids. So, we decided to let them bring some friends and join us and they all had an absolute blast. The grounds were immaculate and the estate has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Jesus was super friendly, helpful and responsive. Hector and Rueben kept the place beautiful. Even Jose the pool technician was amazing. If you are looking for a super private location, yet close enough to anything you may need...especially being a block away from Coachella/Stagecoach festival...you should definitely give this place a chance. We will definitely be going back/
