Condo has all the comforts of home!

Beautiful condo located right on Hampton Beach! Wonderful to sit and have coffee in the morning watching the waves from the comfort of the condo. Great location to take walks on the beach and enjoy great food at many local restaurants. We will definitely rent here again!

Beautiful condo in a great location.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Very clean and updated. Owner was very nice and always responded to questions and inquiries very quickly. Balcony overlooking thr ocean was amazing to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Will definitely be back asap!

Great view!

I rented this property for my mother's 75th birthday, and her and my father were very happy! But most definitely with the view :) They love the beach and said this location was perfect, they enjoyed the balcony, and the rental itself. I communicated with the owner frequently and I couldn't be more appreciative of her for making my mom's birthday that much better! I would 100% recommend this location to anyone!

Very comfortable

This condo is a real home from home with practically everything you need. There are instructions for all appliances and even lists of places to dine. Being just adjacent to the beach is great. Check-in and out was straightforward. The host is amazing, answering any questions we sent in no time at all. We had a great vacation and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Clean, awesome view and great communication with owner !!

All good things to say about this condo ! Jenn was awesome to deal with , always an immediate friendly response . Well kept , very clean , well stocked kitchen for cooking ! Great internet connection . Easy check in and out . Best part is the “Private Balcony “ and the view of the ocean and sunrise !! Can’t ask for more than that . A Wonderful Time

Jenn is the best host ever. We had a issue with the big race and not having open roads to leave at check out time and she did everything she could to accommodate us. Her place is the poster child of what a rental should be, everything you need and didn't even think of. So very clean and what a view. Great TV and internet. The deck gives you a view of the whole ocean and the beach. We hope to go back there real soon.

Excellent location

The condo was amazing. Clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Located near restaurants and shops and short walk across the street to beach access. Highly recommend and will stay again our next trip to the beach.

Our stay was really nice.condo was perfect.clean and well stocked with everything we needed and numerous items we forget to bring.beach chairs umbrellas and even a metal detector!jenn is a great host!

Comfortable, clean and well-kept condo is right across the street from the beach. View was amazing! All amenities for a great stay near the ocean. Owner is friendly and responsive, no issues whatsoever. We stayed during November, so it was quiet at the beach. Would absolutely stay there again, was great having plenty of off-street parking, secure building and an elevator! Love, love, love it! Thanks again Jenn!

Great place!!

The condo was so nice we never wanted to leave. Had everything you could want and was very comfortable. Loved watching the sunrises and horses trotting along the beach. This time of year not much going on but a ride to Portsmouth was only a 1/2 hr away. Hope to be back soon! Thanks.

JUST PERFECT!

This just might be the nicest place at Hampton Beach. I had not been here in years, until this summer. My 89 year old father has fond memories and recollections from summer vacations of long ago and he was eager to return. Jenn's Sea Spray Condo could not have been more perfect. Everything is brand new, every surface shined, every piece of kitchen equipment is top of the line, the furnishings are tasteful, the bed is so comfortable, the view is amazing and I could probably keep listing all of the amenities and positives... but I think you get the point. And then there is Jenn: always available for an answer to a question, friendly and very personable. I felt like I knew her, even though we'd never actually met in person. If I come back here again, this is the only place that I will stay. Thanks Jenn - You're the best!
