*Picky but honest and fair:Positives-Safe location and wonderful quiet neighborhood Huge pool, excellent rooms- Bedrooms, bathrooms, and beds. Huge space, essentials: dishes, laundry, grill etcCozy and comfortable OpportunitiesPool needs proper cleaning, especially on the bottom Hot tub tiles broken, missing and dangerously sharp, took too long to heat upPrice is high for short staysOverall would definitely recommend this location to large families. Not only was this place super clean but the owner was super attentive and made sure to check on our stay and see if we needed anything and had answered any questions I had. The pool was AMAZING was able to have something for the kids to enjoy all week long. Thank you Todd for a 5 star experience and being a great host!

Clean and Very Comfortable Home! Beds were also very comfortable. Master shower was amazing and beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Had a BBQ Friday night with our family. The outdoor cooking/fire pit area was pretty awesome. We loved how close it was to Downtown/RiverWalk and the airport.

We had a great time. The host was excellent in communication. The house was clean, cool, large and ample for a group or family. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great! I can only recommend very minor things which would include a bedside lamp and floor fan in the kids room. The rest of the home had large ceilings fans and lamps so the bunk bed room we felt just needs those items to feel more comfortable. Lastly, the screen door going out to pool doesn’t latch - not a big deal unless it’s windy it kept flapping and some nights that was startling. Other than those minor things 10/10. Thanks!

The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the pool was not in usable condition upon our arrival. It was green and contained algae, leaves, and numerous bugs, but my kids got all the bugs and leaves out so they could at least swim a little. Aside from the condition of the pool, we had a very positive experience and were pleased with the property

This place has everything you can need. The host even left laundry supplies. The other amenities in the house in general and use of the heated pool and spa were wonderful! This place is gorgeous and was a fantastic stay in a quiet, clean neighborhood. Plus the host was so helpful and communicative throughout the process, going above and beyond for us. By far one of the best rentals to date!

From the original booking process until last day of stay everything was truly amazing. Todd the owner was reachable and the house and amenities were perfect. Ive stayed at vrbo's in nevada, florida,arizona, this one definitely tops the list. I can't say enough good things. Thank you from this Wisconsin family Todd.

Loved staying at this property!! Beautiful house and the outdoor area and pool are amazing!! Great communication with the owner when needed. Would recommend this house for anyone that’s looking for a little oasis to escape to and enjoy.

Great property, excellent management. The location is great, about 15-20mins from everything. The heated pool was perfect every night. Communication with the owner was exceptional

The host, Todd, was the best I've ever had and I've rented over 100 homes the last 25 years. He checked in via message early and any small issue we had was immediately handled, with follow up. I can't say enough good things about Todd's level of service and care. It even started a debate between my wife and I about whether or not Todd was the owner or property Mgr. My conclusion was that he was the owner because I've never had a property Mgr care this much. House is a nice layout. For our family of 6 it was perfect. Pool was great because it was 98 all 3 days. Very comfortable and relaxing backyard experience, the sitting area with overhead fan was very nice. Neighborhood is friendly, nice and 10-20 minutes from 6 Flags, SeaWorld, Airport, the Alamo and Riverwalk. Grocery, gas, fast food and plenty of great restaurants within short drive. Location within San Antonio is perfect. House has plenty of TVs, games, well stocked kitchen, 2 car garage with a Big Wheel! (Gen Xers will understand)...Beds are comfy. Everything works and house is charming and welcoming inside. I would for sure rent this exact home again and again on future trips to San Antonio.

Very comfortable home

We had a little issue with fridge when we first got there, but Todd quickly handled the problem and the rest of the weekend was great. Owner checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Great neighborhood and easy to access local attractions. The kids and us enjoyed the pool to cool down and relax after the hot days of fun.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

My family and I had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. This lovely home was as pictured! Amenities and thoughtful touches like soft, fluffy towels, and fresh smelling hand soaps made this house feel like home. The host was attentive without being overbearing. Check in process was easy. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and centrally located to all the must visit locations. Overall amazing stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in the San Antonio area.

Amazing home!

The home was cozy, modern and in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Our friends and family enjoyed our stay with all of the amenities and comforts of home. The outdoor living space was perfect for all ages. The fire pit and heated pool and spa were the perfect end to the day. The open floor plan inside was spacious and accommodating for everyone. The house was immaculately cleaned and the decor was gorgeous and eclectic. The owner is kind and welcoming, i would highly recommend this home to everyone.

The home was clean and cool when we arrived early Friday morning. Easy access as explained by host. Good communication from the host, checking in on us to make sure everything was fine. This is a beautiful get away home to enjoy as a family. The pool and hot tub are a plus! Having a kitchen and laundry room available gives you that at home feeling. We were able to get up at our leisure and make breakfast before heading out for the day. The entire home fit the needs for our family that made another great memorable family vacation. Thank you Todd for sharing your home!! This is a home you don’t want to pass up!!

Had a great cozy relaxing week with all the amenities! The house was very roomy all the rooms were equipped like a master bedroom . The kitchen was very nice with high end appliances/cookware and amenities. Loved the bathroom and ultra modern shower . So the best part to highlight is waking up in the morning stepping into the spacious living area with all glass windows and the beautiful sunshine inviting you to take a few steps out to the refreshing pool . It felt like a tropical vacation . Private . Outdoor living area with tv grill floats etc. owner was very responsive when I had any questions and would rent again … thanks for the great vibe and stay!

Beautiful house and close to things to do in SA

My family and I loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need to feel like you are at home. Todd is a gracious, kind and responsive host. From the moment we booked our stay and during our trip he was always easily accessible to any questions we had.The house is in a great location and easy to get around to different attractions like the Riverwalk, Topgolf and so much more within like 15 minutes. There are also a lot of great restaurants to eat nearby if you don’t feel like cooking. Our favorite thing about the house was the pool and patio. The pool was clean and the water was warm. We look forward to staying again in the future when we come to visit family in the area.

They left us only 3 garbage bags, no dish soap, grill was not cleaned. There were two lp tanks one was empty and one was less then half full.

We apologize that your stay was less than perfect. Unfortunately the servicer was backed up due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, we where in queue for LP delivery however they did not come in a timely enough manner. We have since purchased additional LP tanks as a back up. The other issues could had easily been remedied had we been aware. Sorry for the issues during your stay, we strive to provide the best experience possible, but mistakes where made.

Nice home interior

The house is very nice inside with comfortable furniture, televisions in every room etc. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but could use some mixing bowls, a serving platter etc. for meal prep. Some basic landscaping in the backyard could easily make the area more attractive for guests but it still worked for our family. Also, sitting outside was a bit tough at night due to the number of flying bugs that would bite or land on our food. We bought a lawn fogger on Day 2 which helped though. Overall a good house and location.
