Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Primarily bedroom with en suite bath is large and comfortable with King size bed. One guest bedroom consists of a queen bed and the other with 2 full size beds. Providing ample room for the whole family. Complete with a washer and dryer.

There is no BBQ grill at the house they are located at the pool area and also at the park.
The pool is currently undergoing maintenance and will be temporarily unavailable until further notice.
Once the community swimming pool is ready to use for your enjoyment, keys will be provided upon check-in. there is a $250 refundable Deposit when the key is returned to the lockbox and a photo is submitted. There is also a large community park at the corner of the block featuring a kids playground, tennis and basketball courts that is are free to use during your stay. Proper conduct must be exercised at all times at either of these facilities as this is a quiet family environment.
