"The Country Escape" is located in a quiet country area but, so close to everything! Just minutes to USM, Forrest General Hospital, William Carey Univ, Kamper Park/Zoo and Downtown Hattiesburg activities. Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home on 1 acre is kid friendly with a back yard swing set. Fenced back yard and covered back porch to relax and visit on. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a keurig coffee maker with several different coffee pods and sweeteners provided. House has a washer/dryer. It's your home away from home!!

We lived our stay in your 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Close to the city, but with a country feel. Wonderful and quiet.

Country feel but still close to town

We loved our stay! The home gives you a country feel, quiet and peaceful but only minutes away from town. Not only was the house clean and spacious for our crew but also well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The backyard was great for our dogs and big enough for the kids to run around and play and utilize the swing set. We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful morning coffee on the back patio. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great place!!!

Property is fantastic! It is away from the hustle of Hattiesburg but close enough to run in and grab some groceries or eat at Ed's. It is also close to two state parks. Beds are comfortable, shower pressure is awesome, big living room and dining room, and awesome patio out back. Everything you need from towels to dishes, super clean, and both times I had questions they were answered quickly. You want to stay here!

Lots of space and super clean!

This property was very clean. Lots of space! The owner responds quickly to text. She is very accommodating. The beds were comfortable. Perfect for a family or a couple. We will use this place again the next time we are needing to be near hattiesburg.

Perfect house

The house was well appointed, immaculately clean. Very convenient to Hattiesburg but in the country. Large back patio for grilling or hanging out with friends. Will definitely come back to this little gem. Highly recommend.

Very Peaceful and Serene.

The location and layout of your home was extraordinary and invites you to feel at home and wishing you could stay a few more days. If available, this property would be my first choice when visiting Hattiesburg and surrounding area. This location is best described as an Oasis and best kept secret in the Hattiesburg area. Lovely home, great for pets

Great home in quiet area with easy access to downtown Hattiesburg, USM and major highways. Beds were very comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The yard also has a playground that would be great for kids. The house also has a nice patio with lots of seating and a grill. Sherry and her husband were very helpful when we could not access Internet. Good restaurant very close by. Location is good for a day trip to New Orleans or the MS gulf coast. We hope to return in the future!

Quiet with an "away from it all feel" yet minutes from everything!

This home rental was perfect for me while I was visiting family in the area! It is located in a country setting yet only minutes from all that the Hattiesburg area has to offer. It was very peaceful and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed for preparing meals for eating in. I enjoyed sitting outside on the back patio while my young nieces played on the play structure in the back yard. The home had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I will definitely be renting this home again!

Felt like home

You received the property as you saw in the pictures. I was very happy you could see pictures but once you get there its totally different not here. I will definitely be back to property when I back in Mississippi. Very understanding property managers communication was wonderful. If yall are ever in Hattiesburg Mississippi give the home a chance you will NOT regret it.

Property nice

We considered this house to be very inviting. Things were left for us that made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean, and they were well stocked as it said in the description. The only issue was not under the property managers control. The people next-door had three large dogs that were not controlled at all. They came over to the house frequently. We had brought our dog with us and it was even hard to take our dog out in the backyard on a leash because the neighbors dogs would come to the fence. We would rent again but would not bring our dog.
